    It is a great project for the communist party of China to promote Marxism ’s Popularity in Contemporary China in the new period. As based on the theme of the times and the conversion and development of practical topics, focusing on the popularization of Marxist theory, and the popularization and the masses, focusing on guidancepractice and to solve practical problems,in the process of popularization of Marxism, its popular mode of discourse and practice difference demand different paradigm. Therefore, to promote the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China, we must establish the orientation of the humanistic paradigm, combining Marxism with the masses of the people, to enhance the people’s subjectivity, and to reflect the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people. This reflects both the inherent requirements of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, also reveals the essence of development of Marxism in contemporary China.

    Yu Xiaowei is a novelist with the consciousness of tragedy, whose novels always display his persistent thinking about human, life and destiny. Absurdity is the key word of his works, for it is the cause as well as the conclusion of his creation: he finds the pervasiveness and irresistibility of absurdity while examining both the history and reality. His narration of humans in absurdity highlights the value of life and existence, and reveals the meaning of life instead of expressing tragedy only. Besides, his passion of exploration enables him to extend his art feelers deeply, which shows his sober rationality as a writer.

    Rabindranath Tagore,Indian famous modern poet,wrote many Ode to God poetry.Gitanjali, which brought him worldwide reputation, is religious lyrics, showing the yearning for God, as well as the pursuit of the ideal of the unity of God and the people.Qu Yuan, the great poet in China’s Warring States era, wrote many Ode to God poetry in his life , one of which is Nine Songs. This two famous poets,of China and India, both has a worldwide reputation, and also created a lot of Ode to God poetry with their respective national culture, but their understanding and attitude toward God is utterly different. To compare this, will help us to understand the different philosophical outlook and philosophy of life of the people of China and India.

    Today’s mass media in literature has changed its role, from the route of transmission, tool intermediary, to the function body.     As the collar rudder,leader’s style determines the fate and direction of the enterprise. Since The steamer business bureau has been established, leaders usually were changed because of profit pursuing. Firstly, businessman Tang Tingshu and Xu Run,managed the bureau, then Sheng Xuanhuai, official representative, was in charge of the bureau. Their different identity,different experience and knowledge,leads to different idea of leadership. Their manage style were different, which also created different corporate style. This transformation of the management system, fully reflects the game between the two forces and idea of “official” and “business”.

    Shanhaiguan has an extremely important strategic position in replacement era of Ming and Qing Dynasties.History of Shanhaiguan is a history book which recorded the history of Shanhaiguan region.It has a total of seven different versions of History of Shanhaiguan in Ming and Qing Dynasties.But due to the replacement of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the three versions of that time disappeared. Study the two editions of Ming and early Qing, we can pry out the contents and features of the rest versions. Except the version of She Yiyuan,as to the others, the profit and loss is not much, and even if to the lost three, their content also can be tracked.Changes of Shanhaiguan region’s strategic position in replacement era of Ming and Qing Dynasties also can be clearly seen.
