The Slow Modernity of Zhu Zhu’s Poetry since the 1990s and Its Relationship with the“Poetry of the 1990s” YI Wenjie JIANGHAN ACADEMIC    2025, 44 (2): 36-46.   DOI: 10.16388/j.cnki.cn42-1843/c.2025.02.004 Abstract （190）      PDF（pc） （1341KB）（250）       Knowledge map    Save The slow modernity feature of Zhu Zhu’s poetry since the 1990s has been a subject of research.Aesthetically，Zhu’s description of fine details and treatment of the static in motion create a soothing rhythm and an illusion of slow time；ideologically，his works present the slow modernity with modern consciousness，resist the modernity logic of an accelerating society，and adhere to the pursuit of transcendentality. His“slow”writing is different from the“slowness”of country utopia or the Bourgeois “slowness，”but contemporary in nature. Historically，the slow modernity of Zhu’s poetry echoes the“slowdown”poetics of the poetry of the 1990s. However，in the 1990s，Zhu still adhered to the ideal of“purepoetry”and kept away from the“narrative”trend at that time. He turned to narrative writing only after the 21st century. Zhu’s narrativity not only reflects on the symptoms of consumerism and daily life，but also focuses on the transcendentality of daily life. Since the mid-1980s，Zhai’s poetic practice has been continuously innovating，and the periodic changes makes it an important case for observing the development trend of contemporary poetry. In the late 1990s，she put forward the idea of“facing the words themselves”in writing，which injected fresh artistic vitality into literary creation at that time. However，with the rapid changes of the times and personal circumstances，this strategy has gradually revealed its drawbacks in the 21st century：word splicing and semantic repetition has weakened the poetic tension inside and outside the text，and poetic creation has also fallen into a dilemma to some extent both in form and content. A quantitative analysis of the smart pension policy of Hubei province can provide a reference for future policy design. The research object is 54 smart elderly care policies of Hubei province，a two-dimensional analysis framework is built based on the policy tool theory and the ERG demand theory，and the samples are evaluated through the policy measurement research method，the content analysis，and the grey correlation analysis. The findings are as follows：In terms of the use of smart pension policy tools in Hubei province，there is a structural imbalance between the supply-oriented policies which dominates the sector，the environment-oriented policies which is moderate，and the demand-oriented policies which is inadequate；in terms of satisfying the needs of the aged，there is also the disproportion problem as the policies focus on meeting the survival needs of the elderly，but relatively neglect their relationship needs and growth needs；in terms of the cross-effects，policy tools for the survival needs of the elderly is excessive，and the policy tools for their relational needs and growth needs are short.Therefore，future policies should optimize the structure of policy tools，take the needs of the elderly as the orientation，and strengthen the synergy between policy tools and the needs of the elderly. Linguistic Competence Evaluation of Large Language Models：Feature，Approach and Trend YI Baoshu, NI Chuanbin JIANGHAN ACADEMIC    2025, 44 (4): 73-83.   DOI: 10.16388/j.cnki.cn42-1843/c.2025.04.007 Abstract （102）      PDF（pc） （1425KB）（67）       Knowledge map    Save After reviewing researches on the development of linguistic competence of Large Language Models（LLMs）and comparing the different characteristics between LLMs and human speech learning，this study explores the evaluation of LLMs’linguistic competence and its theoretical implications from multiple dimensions，including the learning environment and mechanism，the measurement of languagespecific generalization ability，and the assessment of grammatical competence. It can be found that：In terms of learning environment，LLMs achieve efficient statistical generalization with massive single-modal text input，while humans develop language capacity in multi-modal interactions with higher ecological validity； their differences are complementary. Regarding the core assumption of genetic theory of language，the results of ablation experiment，unsupervised and supervised tests reveal that although LLMs lack the prior grammatical specificity of humans，they can reproduce some grammatical rules through statistical models. The assessment of grammatical competence indicates that although LLMs can acquire surface syntactic structures，there are still significant limitations in modeling human-specific features such as deep recursion and semantic-syntactic interfaces. Meanwhile，the emergent ability of LLMs poses a dual challenge to the theory of stimulus scarcity and the genetic theory of language；it promotes the paradigm fusion of computational linguistics with theoretical linguistics，cognitive science and other fields. In the future， the assessment of LLMs’ language capabilities needs to focus on the cognitive decoupling mechanism between language forms and functions，so as to explore the collaborative approaches of interdisciplinary methodologies and clarify LLMs’language capability boundaries. A multi-dimensional analytical framework is constructed based on the family strategy；the IV-Probit model and the data of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey（CLHLS）in 2018 are used to explore how empty nest affects the elderly’s choice of institutional services. The research finds that empty nest significantly increases the possibility of the elderly choosing institutional care；for although the absence of children increases the opportunities for the elderly to obtain family economic support，it reduces the care and emotional support，thereby enhancing the willingness of the elderly to receive institutional care. Further analysis reveals that community-based elderly care services can，to a certain extent，replace the elderly care demands of institutions；the absence of children has a greater impact on aged people with economical independence；and the impact of daughter’s absence on the elderly’s choice of institutional care is more prominent than that of son’s absence. To better meet the diversified needs of elderly care，it is suggested to strengthen the supply of social elderly care services in areas with population outflow，promote the effective connection between family-based elderly care and social elderly care，and advance family policies based on gender equality. It provides rich experience of the localization of Time Bank in Chinese societies. However，under the traditional welfare supply mode，Time Bank can only be positioned as a voluntary service；in this system，the public sector and social organizations fail to give full play to their respective advantages，limiting the potential of Time Bank to develop human resources for caregiving. Referring to the theory of welfare pluralism，the care service provided by social organizations can be a kind of public welfare supply，and the mutual care mechanism of Time Bank can be incorporated into the social security system，which is conducive to solving the current dilemma. Specifically，national legislation should define the nature and operation rules of Time Bank；the Public-private Partnership（PPP）model of cooperation between the government and social capital should be used to develop Time Bank；and the administrative resources and credibility advantages of the public sector should be combined with the human resources，volunteer service experience and financing advantages of social organizations to promote the sustainable development of Time Bank. It has garnered significant attention for the impact on urban ecological resilience. The study is based on the quasinatural experiments of National Green Finance Reform and Innovation pilot Zones，as well as the data panels of Chinese cities from 2010 to 2022. it explores the actual impact of green finance policy on urban ecological resilience and its operational mechanism. The results show that the implementation of green finance policies has a salient positive effect on urban ecological resilience，especially in enhancing response resilience；these experimental zones have witnessed an indirect positive effect on enhancing urban ecological resilience by optimizing the efficiency of green innovation and strengthening the intensity of environmental regulations. According to the heterogeneity analysis，the positive impact of policies on urban ecological resilience varies from city to city；the performance is particularly prominent in cities with high market competition，key cities for environmental protection，and cities with high levels of green innovation. Effective guidelines for promoting the development of urban ecological resilience include strengthening the synergy between green finance policies and environmental regulations，constructing a dynamic feedback green finance evaluation system，and consolidating multi-subject collaborative governance. The classified protection of data property should be based on the distinction of data rights and interests. Firstly，data as the object of property rights should meet specific conditions，and it is significantly different from data property interests in terms of protection methods and degrees. Secondly，data existing in the form of elements cannot be protected by the protection method of property rights；while the protection method applicable to property interests can accommodate the protection needs of different types of data and is more in line with the characteristics of data as object. In this establishment，Cassirer constructs an almost vacuum model of artistic interpretation maintained and guaranteed by the system of symbolic forms. It misses the physical dimension in artistic activities from the very beginning，and prematurely transforms a form of sensibility into a form of meaning，thereby forming a closed，self-consistent structure endangered by egoism. So much so that it confuses the difference between“formal intuition”and“intuitive form”. The analysis shows that it is necessary to further observe and highlight that artworks and artistic activities are“different，”and an artistic interpretation model should be built on the narrative of differences.
