    Preparation and Properties of Flower-like MgCo2O4@CoMn LDH Nanocomposites

    Due to their high power,good stability performance,and fast charging and discharging capabilities,supercapacitors (SCs) have attracted much attention in energy storage devices. In this study,we synthesized flower-like MgCo2O4@CoMn layer-double hydroxide (LDH) composites by hydrothermal method and electrodeposition. Due to the synergistic interaction between the heterogeneous interfaces of MgCo2O4 and CoMn LDH,the electron transport of the composites was improved. In addition,the successful composite of CoMn LDH with low crystallinity provided good hydrophilicity and active sites. In electrochemical tests,the composite material exhibited a high specific capacity of 1 501.8 F/g at a high loading of 4.5 mg/cm2. At a current density of 20 A/g,the capacity retention was 82. 98% after 3 000 cycles. It turned out that the composite material demonstrated excellent cycling stability. The resultus show that the MgCo2O4@CoMn LDH composite can be used as one of the electrode materials for electrochemical energy storage.

    This paper summarized and analyzed the literature on the preparation,doping mechanism,and application in different fields of heteroatom-doped porous carbon in recent years. Here,we summarized and classified the preparation methods of heteroatom-doped porous carbon,and at the same time,we comprehensively analyzed the mechanism of the doping process. We intended to find a clear common road for preparing heteroatom-doped porous carbon through the above summary and analysis,which facilitated researchers to understand the physical and chemical reaction mechanism of the doping process and the preparation method of doped porous carbon. Finally,we put forward some suggestions on the challenges faced by developing heteroatom-doped porous carbon.

    For the complex sequence with the characteristics of annual fluctuation and sea‐ sonal fluctuation,a grey prediction model based on seasonal factors,particle swarm optimi‐ zation(PSO),and Fourier optimization was used in this paper to achieve accurate prediction of seasonal fluctuation series. Firstly,this prediction model proposed three seasonal factors by changing the annual effect coefficient and then compared these factors. Secondly,to re‐ duce the interference of time variation on the sequence,this paper added linear correction terms to the prediction model and used the PSO algorithm to find the optimal parameters to improve the prediction accuracy of the model. Finally,by considering the influence of season‐ al variation on the sequence,the Fourier series was used to fit the residual series of the mod‐ el. In this paper,the model was applied to the simulation and prediction of the net hydroelec‐ tric power generation in China,and the final error was 1. 22%. The research shows that the model has higher prediction accuracy for fluctuation sequences.

    Based on the real- time news content data of the Internet,the author classified the news topic of a time-limited Chinese long text data set. The segmentation scheme of annual keyword enhancement was used to improve the segmentation accuracy. In addition, the author adopted a long text compression method to process the special data of Chinese long text. The specific method was to select key sentences,and extract the keywords in long text using the TF-IDF algorithm,then carry out word vector training on the combined new text. Finally,the author used an enhanced language representation model to classify news topics and compared them with six machine learning and deep learning models,including recall rate,accuracy,precision,and F1 score. The experimental results show that the model can effectively classify long text in real- time news by extracting 16 important words.

    Rumen ciliates are a group of single-celled eukaryotic microorganisms mainly living in the rumen of ruminants,which may play essential roles in the efficient degradation of plant fibers, regulation of rumen fermentation rate, and participation in the rumen methanogenesis. To deeply research the functions of rumen ciliates and their impact on the host,it is necessary to culture them in vitro. Here,we reviewed the research on the progress of culture technology of rumen ciliates in vitro. Firstly,we introduced the global research status of the culture of rumen ciliates in vitro,then summarized the factors that influence it,and finally,proposed applying the established culture system of rumen ciliates in vitro. This review provides a valuable reference for establishing a stable and controllable culture system of rumen ciliates in vitro.
    Optimization of the Reflux Extraction Process of Total Alkaloids from Carthamus tinctorius

    Objective To screen out the best reflux extraction process of total alkaloids from Carthamus tinctorius(C. tinctorius). Methods The effects of temperature,times,solidliquid ratio,and methanol volume fraction on the extraction rate of alkaloids from C. tinctorius were investigated by a single-factor experiment with serotonin hydrochloride as reference substance and total alkaloid content of C. tinctorius as index. The extraction process of total alkaloids from C. tinctorius was optimized by an orthogonal experiment,and the verification experiment was carried out. Results The optimal process conditions were as follows:a temperature of 65 ℃ ,a liquid- to-material ratio (v/w) of 50∶1,a methanol volume fraction of 40%,and an extraction time of 60 minutes. Under optimized process conditions, the average content of total alkaloids was 35. 99 mg/g with an RSD of 0. 26%(n = 3). Conclusion The optimal extraction process obtained in this study is simple and feasible, with reliable process parameters and good extraction results,providing an experimental basis for the further development and utilization of total alkaloids in C. tinctorius.

    Objective To explore the potential mechanism of ″ Sanhua decoction″ treating constipation using network pharmacology. Methods The active ingredients of Sanhua decoction were screened out by TCMSP,and the drug ″ drug-ingredient″ network was constructed through Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. Genecards were used to retrieve relevant targets of constipation,and the String platform was used to analyze protein interactions, build PPI networks ,and explore potential protein functional modules in the network. The ″ drug-component- target″ ,the biological processes,and pathways involved were analyzed through the Metascape platform. Results The results showed that the main active ingredients of Sanhua decoction were naringenin,luteolin,aloe emodin,ammidin,and neohesperidin. The core targets were ATK1,TP53,IL-6,TNF,CASP3,etc. The biological pathway mainly acted on the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway, the AMPK signaling pathway,and the NF- κB pathway. ConclusionThis study preliminarily reveals the multi-component,multi- target,and multi-pathway mechanism of Sanhua decoction in treating constipation,which provides a basis for the clinical utilization and development of Sanhua decoction.
    Differences in Pregnancy Outcomes of Twins with Different Chorionic Pregnancies

    Objective To analyze the difference in pregnancy outcomes of twins with different chorionic pregnancies. Methods We analyzed 257 pregnant women with twins who gave birth in Wuhan Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 and divided them into two groups according to their chorionic characteristics:the double chorionic group and the single chorionic group. The general conditions,delivery outcomes, and neonatal complications of these pregnant women were analyzed retrospectively,and the differences in pregnancy outcomes of different chorionic mothers and children were compared. Results The incidence of preterm delivery in the monochorionic group was higher than in the double-chorionic group(58. 4% vs. 43. 3%). The difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in postpartum hemorrhage(3. 9% vs. 8. 9%)and cesarean section rate(88. 3% vs. 92. 8%)between the monochorionic group and the dichorionic group(P > 0. 05). The incidence of neonatal low body weight(72. 1% vs. 47. 5%),neonatal pneumonia(36. 4% vs. 20. 0%),neonatal hyperbilirubinemia (33. 8% vs. 22. 8%) , and neonatal respiratory failure (15. 6% vs. 7. 5%)in the monochorionic group was higher than that in the dichorionic group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(8. 4% vs. 5. 8%)and ischemic hypoxic myocardial damage(17. 5% vs. 11. 7%)between the two groups(P > 0. 05). Conclusion The incidence of preterm birth, low birth weight, neonatal pneumonia, neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,and neonatal respiratory failure are higher in the monochorionic group, which should be paid more attention to clinically.

    Objective To determine the correlation and prognostic value of m6A-related lncRNA and immune infiltration in lung cancer. Methods The clinical-related information and RNA-Seq transcriptome data of lung cancer patients were downloaded from the TCGA database. Univariate Cox regression and Pearson analysis were used to screen out m6Arelated lncRNA. Consensus cluster analysis was used to divide the sample into two clusters, and LASSO analysis and minimum absolute shrinkage were used to construct a risk-scoring model. Results A total of 5 lncRNA expression profiles were screened,and lung cancer patients were divided into different subtypes. Cluster 2 had a better prognosis,and this cluster was related to immune cells. Five lncRNAs were selected to construct a risk model, and the prognosis of lung cancer patients in the high-risk group was poor. The expression of PD-L1 in tumors was significantly higher than in normal tissues. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the overall survival rate was significantly related to stage and risk score,which could be used as an independent prognostic factor. The relationship between risk score and immune cell infiltration showed that immune cells were correlated with risk scores. Conclusion The results of this study indicate that m6A-related lncRNA may play an important role in the prognosis of lung cancer patients and the tumor immune microenvironment,which provides certain help to the treatment of lung cancer patients.

    The contents of As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb,and Zn in the suspended particulate matter in the Maowei Sea were measured,their distribution characteristics were studied, and the risk of the suspended particulate matter in the Maowei Sea was evaluated by the combination of potential ecological risk index method and ground accumulation index method. The results showed that the content of heavy metals decreased from northwest to southeast;the potential ecological risk level of heavy metals was a strong ecological risk, and Cd was a serious ecological risk;in the land accumulation index,Cd and Cu were heavy polluted,As were mainly moderately polluted,and Zn and Ni were mainly slightly polluted. Heavy metal pollution is greatly affected by human beings. Cd pollution in suspended particulate matter is serious,and other heavy metals are polluted to varying degrees.
