    Preparation and Electrochemical Properties of MgCo2O4@Co(OH)2 Composite Material

    Composite materials have become one of the hot topics for supercapacitors′ electrode material because of their abundant active sites and excellent electroconductivity performance. MgCo2O4@Co(OH)2 composite material was successfully synthesized on Ni foam by hydrothermal and electrodeposition in this work. The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the electrochemical performance of the product was tested by the electrochemical workstation. The results showed that this MgCo2O4@Co(OH)2 composite material exhibited a maximum capacitance of 3 034. 75 F/g at a current density of 1 mA/cm2 when used as a binder-free electrode material for electrochemical capacitors. After 1 000 cycles at the current density of 14 mA/cm2,the specific capacitance was maintained at 96%,manifesting the great potential of MgCo2O4 as an excellent material for energy storage.

    Heavy metal hexavalent chromium ion has serious pollution to the environment. Therefore,developing a highly effective adsorbent is necessary. In this paper,the method of phase change was used to produce chitosan/graphexe oxide(GO/CS)composite microspheres. The structure and surface morphology of microspheres were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR),and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The effects of the composite microsphere′s temperature ,the amount of adsorbent,the initial concentration of the solution,the adsorption temperature, the adsorption time,the pH of the adsorption solution,and the particle size of the composite microsphere on the adsorption performance of Cr(VI)were investigated. The results showed that the drop ball under the temperature of 30 ℃,the adsorbent amount of 0. 3 g,the initial concentration of the Cr(VI)solution of 40 mg/L,the adsorption temperature of 40 ℃,the adsorption time of 120 min,pH = 4,chitosan/graphene oxide composite ball of Cr(VI) adsorption performance to achieve the highest and largest adsorption rate was 84. 98%.

    In this paper, a polymer emulsion with a viscosity of 1 478 MPa/s was synthesized by using reclaimed acrylic distillation liquid(MMA)as the main raw material at 82 ℃ ,stirring speed of 550 r/min,initiator(potassium persulfate)content of 0. 4%,and MMA∶butyl acrylate(BA)2∶3. Using the emulsion as adhesive,the real stone paint was prepared by adding hydroxyethyl cellulose 0. 14%,film forming agent 0. 67%,defoamer 0. 08%,distilled water 17. 44%,and natural colored sand 75. 32%. The water resistance of the stone-like paint meets the requirements of GB/T 1733—1993. The alkali resistance meets the requirements of GB/T 9265—2009. The temperature resistance also meets the requirements of JG/T 24—2000.

    The article studied the design method of integrating finished industrial robots into intelligent manufacturing production lines as workstations and designed a packaging system based on KUKA six-axis industrial robots for the intelligent manufacturing production line of cultural and creative pen holders. The system used industrial robots as the core equipment,paired with PLC,sensing components,etc. ,to jointly complete the commercial packaging of pen holder products. The structural composition,operation process,control mode,and program framework of the KUKA robot in the packaging system could be widely applied to developing packaging automation systems on production lines. In addition,the study effectively solved the interference problem of low-stiffness packaging boxes, increased the success rate of packaging from 50% to 96%,and did not change the packaging type or increase packaging costs. It has good reference value for similar packaging operations.

    This paper proposed an improved greedy strategy suitable for robot sorting path planning to solve the problem of the traditional sequential path planning algorithm being inefficient. For the small robotic arm system, the logistics palletizing system was comprehensively reconstructed,and the sorting path of the logistics palletizing was planned by the greedy algorithm,significantly reducing the path completion time. Considering that the greedy algorithm may fall into the local optimal situation in the path planning process, this paper designed a probability density function to improve the greedy algorithm and enhance the practicability of the algorithm. The feasibility of the algorithm was verified by building the palletizing robot. The experiment results showed that the improved greedy sorting path algorithm was significantly lower than the traditional sequential scheduling algorithm in terms of total time,and the operating efficiency of the robotic arm increased by 20% - 28% on average,which verified the effectiveness of the improved greedy algorithm in palletizing and sorting path planning.

    Objective To analyze the prescription and medicine information of Chinese Medical Formulas for the external treatment of fracture based on R software,and to analyze the prescription and medicine pattern of the external treatment of fracture by Chinese medicine cream. Methods The prescription information of ointment for external treatment of bone fracture was extracted from Chinese Medical Formulas,Excel software was used to enter the information of the ointment to establish a ″database of Chinese Medical Formulas for external treatment of bone fracture by ointment″,and R software was used to analyze the frequency,correlation,association rule,and cluster analyses of the ointment prescriptions.Results A total of 103 ointment prescriptions with 246 Chinese herbs were included,and the cumulative frequency of use was 931. Among them,there were 23 Chinese herbs with a usage frequency ≥ 10 times,with a cumulative usage frequency of 388 times(41. 68%). The top 5 herbal medicines were Ruxiang(Olibanum),Moyao(Myrrha),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex),and Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix)in order. The efficacy of herbal medicines was mainly classified as activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,clearing heat,and tonifying deficiency;the medicinal properties were mainly warm;the taste was mainly pungent and bitter;and the meridians were mainly liver,spleen,heart,and kidney. The top 5 herbal combinations with higher correlation coefficients were mostly blood activators and heat-clearing drugs. The top 3 selected added media were wine,ginger juice and vinegar in order. 16 core herbal combinations were obtained by association rule analysis,and 4 herbal clustering combinations were obtained by systematic clustering analysis.Conclusion The core herbal formulas for external treatment of fracture with Ruxiang(Olibanum),Moyao(Myrrha),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix), and Tubiechong(Eupolyphaga)are based on the principles of reducing swelling and pain, activating blood stasis,and tonifying the kidney to strengthen the tendons and bones. The dosing rules derived from data mining technology have certain reference values for the clinical use of external treatment of fractures with creams. They can also provide a reference for new drug development.
    A Meta-analysis of the Predictive Value of Calcitoninogen for Anastomotic Fistula After Colorectal Surgery

    Objective To investigate the value of calcitoninogen (PCT) to predict anastomotic leakage (AL) after colorectal surgery using meta-analysis.Methods We searched literature about predicting the risk of anastomotic leakage after colorectal surgery with calcitoninogen in eight major databases,including PubMed,CNKI,and CBM,for the keywords ″ anastomotic leakage″ ,″ anastomotic fistula″ ,and ″ calcitoninogen″. The studies that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were evaluated by QUADAS-2 risk of bias and visualized using Review Manager 5.3 software to determine the final literature for inclusion in the Meta-analysis,and Stata 14.0 and Meta DiSc 1.4 software were used to analyze the diagnostic value of calcitoninogen on anastomotic leakage after colorectal surgery.Results A total of 455 papers were searched with the corresponding keywords,and 10 papers were finally categorized. Meta-analysis suggested that the combined sensitivity of PCT on postoperative day 5 for predicting AL after colorectal surgery in the included literature was 0. 85(95%CI(0. 76,0. 91)),and the combined specificity was 0. 85(95%CI(0. 83, 0. 87)). The combined AUC = 0. 914 9 and Q-index = 0. 847 5; the combined diagnostic ratio DOR was 32. 89(95%CI(17. 44, 62. 03)).Conclusion PCT in the laboratory on the fifth postoperative day to predict AL after colorectal surgery has important clinical value.

    Objective To investigate the effect of deep hyperthermia combined with Endostar and cisplatin intrapleural infusion chemotherapy on immune function and tumor markers and short- term curative effect in patients with malignant pleural effusion.Methods 70 patients with malignant pleural effusion treated in the oncology department of the Third People′s Hospital of Hubei Province from 2020 to 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 patients in each group. The observation group received deep hyperthermia combined with Endostatin (recombinant human Endostatin) and cisplatin intrapleural thermal perfusion, while the control group only received pure Endostatin and cisplatin intrapleural thermal perfusion. The immune-related indexes(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),tumor marker(CEA,CA19-9,CA125),shortterm curative effect,the occurrence rate of toxic and side effects during treatment,and the improvement rate of life quality after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group (82. 86%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (48. 57%)(P < 0. 05). The observation group was significantly larger than the control group in terms of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ (P < 0. 05). In addition,the serum levels of CEA,CA125,and CA19-9 in the two groups were decreased,but the decrease of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). The improvement rate of life quality in the observation group(77. 13%)was significantly better than that in the control group(42. 85%)(P < 0. 05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (ADR) between the two groups (P > 0. 05).Conclusion Deep hyperthermia combined with Endostar and cisplatin thoracic hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy can improve the immune function of patients,regulate the level of tumor markers,have a good short- term curative effect on malignant pleural effusion,and effectively improve the life quality of patients.

    Bisphenols(BPs)are the most common environmental endocrine disruptors,and their concentration is still increasing in the environment. Through the digestive system, respiratory system,and dermal contact,BPs enter the human body and then induce negative health effects. Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women worldwide. Epidemiological and clinical data suggest that hormones,as well as endocrine disruptors, play important roles in the development and progression of breast cancer. Long- time lowdose exposure to bisphenols also promotes the development and metastasis of breast cancer. This paper described the research progress and the underlying mechanisms of BPs on promoting breast cancer metastasis,providing new thoughts on understanding breast cancer metastasis from the perspective of environmental pollutants.

    According to the research results of the influence of low- temperature stress on the growth and development of plant roots in recent years, this paper systematically elaborated the response mechanism of plant roots to low- temperature stress from the aspects of root morphology, physiological and molecular mechanisms, and root-soil environment. In addition,the regulation measures to improve the ability of plant roots to resist low temperatures were summarized from the aspects of variety,water and fertilizer operation,exogenous chemical control preparations,and microbial agents. It was suggested that phenomics (near-infrared imaging,X-ray,CT imaging,etc.) should be used to strengthen the study of the morphological structure and growth process of plant roots under low- temperature stress in the future. By combining root physiology and ecology with modern molecular biology technologies(proteome,transcriptome,metabolome,etc.),the root response mechanism in plant resistance to low temperatures should be deeply explored, and the research on root and ground interaction should be strengthened to provide a reference for a more systematic and in-depth study on the cold resistance mechanism of plant roots.
