Effect of Suitable Topdressing on Leaves Spectral Parameters and Yield of Cowpea ′Jiang Da Zi Jiang 1 Hao′

Using ′Jiang Da Zi Jiang 1 Hao′ as the test material,base fertilizer(CK),present bud topdressing (Q1),full flowering topdressing (Q2),and full pod topdressing (Q3)were applied to compare the effects of different topdressing periods on cowpea plant spectral parameters, leaf pigments content, and yield. The cowpea leaves′ chlorophyll spectral parameters(CRI1,WBI,PRI,PSRI,NDVI)were measured at every 7 d intervals. One week before the full flowering period of topdressing,the leaf carotenoid content and the total chlorophyll amount were determined. The final harvest period of yield was converted into yield per 667 m
2
according to the actual output of the area. The results showed that the carotenoid reflection index(CRI1)of ′Jiang Da Zi Jiang 1 Hao′ all increased first and then slowly decreased. The measured value of Q3 treatment was higher than that of CK by 70. 74%,and the difference was significant(P < 0. 05). The water index(WBI)of CK,Q1 and Q2 treatments showed a trend of increasing firstly,then decreasing,and then growing. However,the measured value of Q3 treatment increased by 12. 61% compared with CK,and the difference was significant(P < 0. 05). All treatments′ reflection index(PRI)increased first and then decreased until flat. The measured value of Q3 increased by 11. 29% compared with CK,and the difference was significant(P < 0. 05). The vegetation aging reflectance index (PSRI) of all treatments showed a trend of rising first and then falling and then rising. The measured value of Q3 decreased by 13. 22% compared with CK,and the difference was significant(P < 0. 05). The normalized vegetation index(NDVI)of Q3 increased by 11. 51% compared with CK,and the difference was significant (P <0. 05). 97 pea germplasm resources from Hubei,Henan,and abroad were collected as the research object,and the appearance and nutritional quality of dried pea seeds were observed and measured. The results showed that grain shapes were mainly spherical,cylindrical,and oblate,accounting for 31%,37%,and 32%,respectively. Grain colors of green,pale yellow,brown,yellow,and pink accounted for 34%,34%,30%,1%,and 1%,respectively. Pit,wrinkled and smooth seed surfaces accounted for 33%,41%,and 26%,respectively. Pea resource′s seeds with yellow umbilical color accounted for 57%,and resources seeds′ umbilical color was gray,light yellow,brown,and black umbilical color accounted for 19%,12%,9%,and 3% respectively. The average 100-grain weight was 24. 54 g,and the coefficient of variation was 25. 93%. In all tested pea resources,the average grain protein content was 36. 89%,and the coefficient of variation was 4. 17%. The mean value of grain fat content was 6. 95%,and the coefficient of variation was 17. 12%. The 100-grain weight and fat content of the pea showed diversity. The pea with pink grain color and the two pea resources (WD-024 and WD-114) with protein content up to 41. 02% and low-fat content are excellent special resources for pea breeding with high protein and low fat in the future.

During the germination of 3 pea variants(Pisum sativum L. var. hortense Poir. ,Pisum sativum L. var. macrocarpon Ser., and Pisum sativum L. var. arvense Poir.),the 15% PEG-6000 solution was used as the osmotic medium to simulate drought stress in order to investigate their physiological responses and comprehensively evaluate their drought tolerance. The results indicated that the 15% polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000) solution inhibited the growth of buds and increased the content of malondialdehyde and proline in the seedlings of three pea varieties,while improving the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,and vigor index of Pisum sativum L. var. macrocarpon Ser.,and promoted its growth of main roots and lateral roots. However, the 15% PEG-6000 solution had no significant effects on the germination potential and germination rate of Pisum sativum L. var. hortense Poir. and Pisum sativum L. var. arvense Poir.,reduced their germination and vitality index to some degrees,and inhibited the growth of their primary and lateral roots. The drought tolerance of 3 pea variants from strength to weakness was Pisum sativum L. var. macrocarpon Ser.,Pisum sativum L. var. hortense Poir.,Pisum sativum L. var. arvense Poir.,respectively.

To realize the intelligence and industrialization of the fishery,the application of intelligent unmanned operation platforms to freshwater shrimp and crab farming has become a hot research topic. The developed shrimp and crab farming operation platform controlled by an autonomous navigation system was designed. The manual and automatic control of the shrimp and crab farming operation platform was performed by the command and monitoring unit(CMU),which integrated the human-machine interface(HMI). The communication and control unit(CCU)realized real- time direction and speed control. The experiments of automatic navigation,speed,and yaw error were carried out on the freshwater shrimp and crab breeding operation platform. The test results showed that under the automatic navigation mode,the maximum error of straight-line navigation was 0. 96 m,and that of turning was 2. 67 m. It could fit the set path well in a straight travel area. In the turning area,it slowed down in advance and drove according to the arc track. After turning,it entered straight travel, which was in line with the operation standard of the actual operation platform. The research results of this paper lay the foundation for further experimental research on autonomous navigation and control of freshwater shrimp and crab farming operation platforms.

This paper proposed an improved RRT algorithm for the path planning problem of the seven degrees of freedom(7-DOF)mechanical arm. Based on the RRT algorithm,optimization strategies such as two-way search,greedy idea,dynamic step size,and new node generation were added to shorten the algorithm's running time and path length. Under ROS,the RRT algorithm was simulated and compared with the improved RRT algorithm. The results showed that compared with the RRT algorithm,the planning time of the improved RRT algorithm was shortened by 65. 1%,the path length was shortened by 50. 6%,and the success rate was increased by 4. 0%,which achieved the expected effect.

Objective
Excavating the grouping and medication rules of Chinese medicine fumigation for treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.
Methods
Using ″ cervical spondylosis″ ,″ Xiang paralysis″ ,and ″ Chinese medicine fumigation″ as keywords,we searched the relevant literature from CNKI,WanFang,and VIP databases until February 28,2022. The frequency analysis,association rule analysis,factor analysis,and cluster analysis were performed on the Chinese medicine fumigation prescriptions with the inclusion criteria using Excel 2016,SPSS Modeler 18.0,and SPSS Statistics 26.0 statistical.
Results
53 journal articles met the inclusion criteria,involving 64 prescriptions,106 herbs,and 10 toxic Chinese medicines. The top 5 high-frequency herbal medicines were Honghua,Chuanxiong,Weilingxian,Danggui,and Qianghuo. The classification of Chinese herbal medicines was mainly based on activating blood circulation and eliminating wind dampness,the four qi were mainly warm,the five tastes were mainly pungent,and the generalized meridian was mainly liver meridian. Toxic herbal medicines were more frequently used for Zhichuanwu,Aiye,Zhicaowu,etc. The classification of herbal medicines was mainly based on dispelling wind-dampness and invigorating blood stasis,the four qi were mainly hot,the five tastes were mainly bitter and pungent,and the generalized meridians were mainly liver meridians and spleen meridians. The formulae were analyzed by association rules to obtain 14 high-frequency drug combinations,and factor analysis could extract 6 common factors,which were grouped into 4 major categories by systematic clustering analysis.
Conclusion
Treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis by Chinese medicine fumigation is based on dispelling wind-dampness,activating blood circulation,and resolving blood stasis. Analyzing the formulae pattern of Chinese medicine fumigation for vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis by data mining technology can provide some reference for prescribing vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis and developing new drugs.

Objective
To observe the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine compound Mintuole combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of chronic eczema,and further explore the possible action mechanism.
Methods
A total of 286 clinical cases were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the double-blind principle. The control group was given conventional anti-allergic treatment, and the observation group was given Mintuole orally combined with fire needling external therapy. Efficacy was assessed after 4 weeks of treatment. Further,based on network pharmacology and bioinformatics' theory,the differential genes of the two groups of patients were analyzed before and after treatment. INF- γ,IL-4,EOS,and IgE were selected as the efficacy observation indexes to explore the mechanism of drug action.
Results
In the clinical observation,the effective rate of the observation group was 89. 7% and the effective rate of the control group was 77. 2%. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Eczema area and severity index(EASI)and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)scores were evaluated. The scores in the observation group decreased significantly compared with those in the control group(P < 0. 05). In the experimental study,compared with the control group,IL-4,EOS,and IgE in the observation group were significantly decreased, and INF- γ was significantly increased after treatment(P < 0. 05).
Conclusion
Mintuole combined with fire acupuncture therapy is effective in treating chronic eczema and can significantly regulate the body's immune mechanism.

Objective
To explore the clinical efficacy of biological patch fixation with different materials in laparoscopic transperitoneal hernia patch repair(TAPP).
Methods
In a matched case-control study,21 patients who underwent TAPP with biological screw fixation patch in the first Department of General Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from July 11,2016 to July 15,2021 were selected as the biological screw fixation group. The matching conditions were gender,surgical side,age,the same operator,hernia type,and fixation method. 21 patients who underwent TAPP with medical biological glue fixed patch during the same period were selected as the control group(biological glue fixed patch group),and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.
Results
The two materials were compared in terms of operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,time of catheter removal,pain rate on the first postoperative day,seroma incidence,urinary retention incidence,postoperative complication rate,the postoperative incidence of postoperative foreign body sensation , postoperative recurrence rate , postoperative chronic pain incidence,and overall satisfaction after the operation,and there was no significant difference(P > 0. 05). But there was a significant difference in total hospitalization expenses,and the mean difference in hospitalization expenses between the two groups was 888. 39 yuan(P < 0. 05).
Conclusion
The biological screw fixation patch or biological glue fixation patch in TAPP can safely and effectively treat inguinal hernia,but biological glue fixation is more economical and less burdensome on patients,which can be recommended for clinical promotion.

Objective
To explore the clinical manifestation,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of light chain systemic amyloidosis,and to improve the clinical understanding of systemic amyloidosis.
Methods
A case of systemic amyloidosis involving multiple organs with tongue damage as the first manifestation in the Department of Oncology of the Fourth Hospital of Wuhan in 2022 was reported,and the related clinical contents of the disease were analyzed.
Results
A 64-year-old male patient presented with stiff cheeks and tongue. Tongue amyloidosis was diagnosed by a series of related examinations and then treated with thalidomide and prednisone.
Conclusion
Amyloidosis has a variety of clinical manifestations and can involve multiple organs. The prognosis is poor. Most clinical manifestations are not specific,but tongue hypertrophy and periorbital purpura are more specific clinical manifestations of light chain amyloidosis. Clinically,it is often differentiated from M-proteinemia,such as multiple myeloma. The diagnosis mainly depends on the pathological examination of biopsy tissue. Chemotherapy is the main treatment.

Greening under the viaducts has increasingly become an important part of urban greening. The particularity of the environment under the viaducts brings some challenges to greening. Field investigations of the greening landscape under viaducts in different directions in Wuchang District, Hankou District,and Hanyang District in Wuhan City were made in this paper. The species, growth status,and greening pattern of the plants were recorded and analyzed. Results showed that 33 species of plants were under the viaducts in Wuhan City, mainly shade- tolerant shrubs, and a shrub-herbaceous ground cover greening pattern was used. The overall greening plants were abundant, but lack of plant levels and colors. The greening patterns were relatively single, and the plant landscape had little change among the viaducts. It is suggested to reasonably develop wild shade- tolerant plant species, adopt measures to local conditions, and create rich and diverse plant landscapes.
