Microencapsulated phase change materials(MEPCMs)can effectively prevent the leakage and erosion of phase change material during the melting phase change process, which has broad industrial applications in heat storage and temperature regulation. Herein, novel microencapsulated phase change energy-storing materials were prepared by in-situ polymerization using hydrophobic-aluminum oxide (H-Al2O3) modified 1-tetradecanol(TD) as core and melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) resin as shell material. The effects of H-Al2O3 dosage on morphology and thermal properties of phase change microcapsules were investigated. The prepared modified microcapsules were characterized by Fourier transformation infrared spectroscope(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimeter, thermogravimetric analyzer, and multi-channel temperature inspection instrument. The results showed that the prepared MEPCMs with H-Al2O3 had a compact surface and spherical shape. When the weight content of H-Al2O3(relative to TD)was 4%,the highest encapsulation ratio of the modified MEPCMs could reach 76. 29% and the melting enthalpy was measured as 165. 4 J/g. The thermal stability and temperature control performance of the tetradecanol microcapsules were also improved due to high thermal conductive nano-Al2O3.

Several D- π -A trimethyl-s-triazine derivatives were synthesized via aldol reaction with trimethyl-s-triazine as donors, and their steady-state,transient spectra were characterized. The molecular structure of the compounds was analyzed using density functional theory(DFT). Combined with the conclusions of the computational model and the results of spectral characterization, the effect on optical properties related to the symmetry of molecular structures and different donors was discussed. The experimental results demonstrated that the designed molecular structure showed expected optical properties. These properties were mainly determined by the intramolecular charge transfer between the electron-donor unit D and the triazine-acceptor unit.

In order to clarify the physicochemical properties of Phaseolus vulgaris Phytohaemagglutinin(PHA) and promote its development and utilization, the effects of temperature, pH,denaturant,sugar-binding specificity, and metal ion on the activity of PHA were studied after separated and purified from fresh bean pods. At the same time, the difference in lectin activity in different legumes was also studied. The results showed that the coagulation activity of PHA was completely lost at 90 ℃ for 5 min. The agglutinin in the range of pH 2 ~ 13 had strong hemagglutination activity and strong acid-base stability. After treatment by EDTA,Fe2+ and Cu2+ could restore the hemagglutination activity of the common bean agglutinin, while Ca2+,Mg2+,and Zn2+ couldn't restore. D-fructose and L-rhamnose had inhibitory effects on the activity of PHA. The PHA was not sensitive to the tested denaturant. Only a high concentration of SDS and urea had some inhibitory effect on its hemagglutination activity. The order of hemagglutination activity of different leguminous plants was common bean > lentils > cat bean = cassia seed > sword bean = phaseolus coccineus > rice bean > cowpea = winged bean. The study clarifies the physical and chemical properties of PHA and its activity change rules. It provides a theoretical basis for regulating PHA activity intensity and facilitates the development and utilization of secondary metabolites.

Objective The inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) is a mesenchymal tumor with infiltrating and worsening characteristics, usually in the lungs. Because IMT lacks specific clinical symptoms and the imaging findings are changeable,it is easy to be misdiagnosed. This article discusses the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of IMT and provides clinical experience for improving the accuracy of diagnosing mesenchymal tumors. Methods The imaging manifestations of a case of breast ductal carcinoma in situ combined with pneumonia myofibroblastoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. A review and review of the relevant literature on the pathogenesis, clinical features, imaging manifestations, treatment methods, and prognosis of IMT was summarized. Results Pneumonia myofibroblastoma was clinically dyspnea or fever, cough, sputum, chest tightness, etc. Laboratory tests were not specific and may have reduced hemoglobin concentration, increased thrombocytosis, and increased sedimentation rate. It was divided into infiltrating type, mass type, and nodular type on the image. The mass type was more common, mostly single, round,or quasi-circular,and mostly in the superficial part of the lung. Pathology was the gold standard for IMT diagnosis. The tumor was composed of differentiated myofibroblastic spindle cells, arranged in bundles or spirals, with a large number of plasma cells and/or lymphocytes infiltration in the interstitium. Immunohistochemistry showed the spindle shape cells expressing smooth muscle actin and vimentin with a good prognosis, and surgical resection was the main treatment. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of IMT are not specific. The diagnosis is based on a chest X-ray,chest CT,and percutaneous lung biopsy. The only way to confirm IMT is through pathological examination. The microscopic findings are woven-like spindle cells with many inflammatory cells. Surgical resection is the primary treatment method, and the prognosis depends on the quality of surgical resection and the tumor size.

Based on improving the entity alignment relationship-aware neighborhood matching(RNM) model, an entity-aligned relationship-aware neighborhood matching model combining attribute information and dual attention mechanisms was proposed. The dual attention introduced by RDGCN was used to optimize the relational structure learning ability of the original GCN. At the same time, attribute information was added, and relational structure and attribute information were combined with embedding relational aware neighborhood matching. The accuracy of alignment on three real data sets can reach 86. 91%, 87. 67% and 94. 05%, respectively, further improved compared with the benchmark model. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively identify the aligned entity pairs.

A network model combining self-attentive mechanism, superposition loss function, and U-Net network was proposed to achieve accurate segmentation of neuronal images for the current defects of feature ambiguity, high complexity, and lossy edges of electron microscopy neuronal image segmentation. Firstly, the geometric transformation was performed with the original image to enlarge the data set and reduce overfitting. Secondly, the improved self-attention mechanism was used to focus on learning image details to improve the accuracy of model segmentation. Finally, the network performance was improved by appropriately combining Dice Loss with relative entropy (KL scatter). The network experimented on the ISBI 2012 dataset, and its correctness, F1 index, accuracy, and recall reached 0. 930 43,0. 956 79,0. 953 26,and 0. 960 34,respectively. The image segmentation effect was relatively more accurate in overall and detail segmentation, and the cell membrane segmentation was basically unbroken.
