    Under the restriction of the investment ratio of major regulatory policies,we studied the investment allocation portfolio model of insurance funds with underwriting factors based on the Markowitz model and introduced the quadratic programming algorithm of the model. On this basis,we focused on analysing the bilateral investment model and the freedom and effectiveness of the use of insurance funds improving. The results show that the bilateral investment model significantly promotes the freedom of insurance fund allocation under specific compensation requirements and further enhances the investment efficiency of insurance funds.

    In this paper, the Markov probability matrix was introduced to reduce the influence of the high fluctuation data columns on the GM(1,1) model to improve its prediction accuracy. Moreover,the monthly data of the residential electricity consumption in Suzhou from January 2015 to October 2020 were selected as the model's training data. The monthly data of the residential electricity consumption from November 2020 to March 2021 were used as the test data to measure the model's prediction accuracy and forecast the residential electricity consumption in April 2021. The empirical results showed that the average relative error of the GM(1,1)model was 24. 70%,while the average relative error of the GM(1,1) model optimized by the Markov chain was 11. 62%. The prediction performance superiority of the GM(1,1) model optimized by the Markov chain over the traditional GM(1,1)model is demonstrated in this paper.

    Aiming at the problem that the leaching of heavy metals from waste incineration fly ash was not conducive to the resource utilization and landfilling of fly ash,the byproduct of ethylene was used to synthesize an organic curing agent(BFS)with sulfonation reaction,and the effect of its synergistic effect of BFS and the chelating agent on the curing characteristics of fly ash was investigated. Meantime, the effects of environmental conditions,such as pH and temperature,on the leaching characteristics of heavy metals in fly ash were investigated. The experimental results showed that the addition of the curing agent BFS could significantly improve the curing characteristics of fly ash and inhibit the leaching of heavy metals,such as zinc,cadmium,chromium,and lead. The residual rate of heavy metals in fly ash increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the loading of the curing agent BFS. The pH and temperature of the extracted liquid had an essential effect on the leaching of heavy metals in fly ash:the leaching characteristics of heavy metals,such as zinc,cadmium,chromium,and lead,were different under different pH conditions. Too high or low extract liquid temperature was not conducive to the stability of heavy metals in fly ash. In the experiment,the best extract liquid temperature was 35 ℃.

    C4 olefins are widely used as a common chemical material to produce pharmaceutical chemicals and intermediates. In the preparation process of C4 olefins, the catalyst combination and temperature affect the selectivity and yield of C4 olefins. Hence,exploring the process conditions for preparing ethanol-coupled C4 olefins is essential and valuable. In this work,an RBF neural network model was established to investigate the influence of catalyst combination composition and temperature on ethanol conversion and C4 olefins selectivity based on experimental benchmark data for different catalyst combinations and temperatures provided in Problem B in the Mathematics Competition of Chinese College Students 2021. The results showed that temperature had a strong correlation with C4 olefins selectivity,the mass of Co/SiO2 and HAP had essentially the same effect on C4 olefins selectivity,Co loading had a more significant impact on C4 olefins selectivity than ethanol conversion,and ethanol feed had a weaker correlation with the C4 olefins selectivity and ethanol conversion.

    Fuzzy control is an effective method to solve the unmanned surface vehicle(USV)heading control problem. Still,its fixed fuzzy rules and universe often fail to meet the high precision requirements of the control system. In this regard,we proposed a USV heading fuzzy control strategy based on the variable universe. Firstly, a nonlinear mathematical model of the USV was established,and a nonlinear controller was designed. Then,according to the conventional fuzzy control theory,the universe was adjusted using the stretching factor. We determined the stretching factor by combining the function and fuzzy control ideas to improve the applicability of fuzzy rules and achieve the adaptive effect. Finally,the heading tracking effect of three control strategies:conventional control,fuzzy control,and variable universe fuzzy control,was compared and analyzed under the two cases of no environmental disturbance and environmental disturbance,respectively. The experimental results showed that applying the variable universe fuzzy control strategy to the heading control of USV could achieve good results and improve the system's control accuracy and self-adaptive capability.

    Due to the problem that the operating state parameters of the robot system can't be predicted and estimated entirely by the offline identification mode, we designed an adaptive unscented Kalman filter algorithm based on MIT rules. This method took the difference between the actual value and the estimated value of information variance as the index parameter and updated the unknown parameters by the gradient descent method to realize adaptive control. Theoretical analysis and experimental results showed that when the statistical noise characteristics of the system changed,the proposed adaptive filter algorithm could automatically adjust its parameters to reduce the influence of the system's prior noise information on the filter performance. This method effectively improves the stability of the filter and the accuracy of the estimation.

    Objective To provide a reference for the necessity of epidemic prevention and control and semi-closed education in colleges and universities, we investigated the cognition,prevention,attitude,and behavior of students in Jianghan University towards COVID-19 and their learning situation against the background of COVID-19. Methods 738 students were selected to fill the web version of the self-designed online questionnaire,which included questions related to demographic characteristics, attitudes, cognition,prevention,and learning situations. Results The total awareness rate about COVID-19 knowledge for students in Jianghan University was only 57. 3%,with an average score of(35. 96 ± 8. 77). The main channel to acquire the COVID-19 knowledge was TV broadcast(86. 99%),followed by the Internet(73. 17%). The total rate of prevention and control awareness was 40. 2%,with an average score of (28. 87 ± 8. 28). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of COVID-19 knowledge and awareness of prevention and control in gender,major,and whether their hometown was or being a medium or high-risk area(P < 0. 05). 60. 84% of students had a good attitude towards those who were cured of COVID-19. During the epidemic,the college students behaved well,and more than 70% of students could take correct measures to deal with COVID-19. Before returning to school,college students generally had a poor performance during the period of online classes at home. However,most of them expressed that they can well adapt to their learning after returning to school. Conclusion The students of Jianghan University lack COVID-19 relevant knowledge and awareness of the prevention of COVID-19. The universities should publicize relevant knowledge or set up elective courses to improve college students' awareness and ability of prevention and control.
    Study of Ancient Literature on the Treatment of Toothache in Hegu

    Objective To analyze the acupoint selection rules and treatment methods of Hegu acupoint in treating toothache by ancient doctors and provide ancient literature basis for Hegu acupoint in treating toothache. Methods By using ″ Hegu″ as the search term and ″ text″ as the search scope in ″ Chinese Medical Classics(5th Edition)″ ,literature articles related to the indications of Hegu point in ancient books in the Ming and Qing dynasties and before were searched,screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and a database of Hegu point for the treatment of toothache was established and analyzed statistically. Results There were 93 articles on the definite treatment of toothache diseases,involving 44 books. Among them,47 were single points,and 46 were distributed points. In the Ming and Qing dynasties,Hegu point treatment of toothache increased significantly,reaching 80,and the prescription acupoints were mainly through the large intestine of hand Yangming. In the treatment methods, there were 39 other therapies, acupuncture 22, moxibustion 21,acupuncture and moxibustion 11,and pricking blood 1. Conclusion The Hegu point has a definite therapeutic role for toothache,and its use has gradually increased in frequency with dynasties, with single points being slightly more frequent than matching points, and acupuncture and moxibustion being the main treatments in definite ways.
    A Case of 3D-Slicer Assisted the Diagnosis and Surgery for Intracranial Giant Thrombotic Aneurysms and Literature Review

    Objective To explore the application value of 3D-Slicer software in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of giant intracranial thrombotic aneurysms and ruptured aneurysms at the right middle cerebral artery bifurcation. Methods The clinical data and surgical plan of a patient with a giant intracranial thrombotic aneurysm and an aneurysm at the bifurcation of the right middle cerebral artery were retrospectively analyzed. The imaging reconstruction of the aneurysm,hematoma,and frontal lobe space-occupying lesions was conducted by the three-dimension technology with 3D-Slicer software to assist the lesion positioning and operative planning. The clinical features and surgical treatment of giant intracranial thrombotic aneurysm and right middle cerebral artery bifurcation aneurysm were reviewed in combination with literature. Results A 54-year-old woman was diagnosed with a ruptured aneurysm at the right middle cerebral artery bifurcation with subarachnoid hemorrhage,an anterior communicating artery,and a space-occupying lesion of the right frontal lobe by CT and DSA. The space-occupying lesion of the right frontal lobe was a large thrombotic aneurysm of the anterior communication that was clipped and resected. The right middle cerebral artery bifurcation aneurysm was successfully found and clamped,and the intracranial hematoma was cleared. The patient recovered well after the operation without neurological dysfunction. Conclusion Craniotomy and clipping of multiple intracranial aneurysms are more complicated and risky, especially when combined with giant intracranial thrombotic aneurysms. 3D-Slicer software is used to reconstruct three-dimensional images before operation and assist in aneurysm craniotomy and clipping surgery. It is a more accurate,safe,non-invasive,and effective auxiliary method that can provide directional guidance for aneurysm surgery and has good application prospects.

    As the reliability of turret components of CNC machine tools will affect the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools, this paper takes the spiral bevel gears manufactured by a company as the research object and proposes an analysis method of gear structure parameters to explore the vibration causes. This method uses laser scanning reverse engineering technology,tolerance measurement technology,and equipment fault diagnosis noise analysis technology to digitally detect the engagement quality of spiral bevel gears based on the gear engagement theory. Noise audio of sample arc-tooth bevel gear and improvement arc-tooth bevel gear is extracted by experiment during the actual operation of arc-tooth bevel gear,and the noise spectrum of two pairs of gears is compared and analyzed to confirm the correctness and validity of the theoretical method. The results show that the main reasons for the noise of the sample arc-tooth bevel gear are too large modules,too few teeth and low coincidence,which will feedback and guide the design and machining,improve the meshing quality of domestic spiral bevel gears and the machining quality of machine tools.

    To improve the filtering performance of conventional Mach-Zehnder interferometer filters,a Mach-Zehnder interferometer filter assisted by ″8″ shaped microring resonator was designed. According to the microring resonance theory,the waveguide theory,and the Mersen formula,the transfer function of the filter output was derived,and the output spectrum of the filter was simulated in MATLAB. By setting appropriate structural parameters,the output spectrum with obvious roll drop along the flat top edge was obtained at the output end of the filter. Using the principle of thermal expansion of SOI material,the effective refractive index of SOI material is changed by adjusting the temperature,so that the filter has tunability.
