    This paper studies Hamilton properties of the third-order circuit graphs of uniform matroids Um,n in some conditions. It is proved that when m + 2 ≤ n ≤ 2m - 1,the third-order circuit graphs of Um,n are Hamiltonian-connected and uniformly Hamiltonian;when n = 2m,the third-order circuit graphs of Um,2m is Hamiltonian-connected,where m,n ∈ Z+,m ≥ 3.

    This paper attempts to reduce the social cost caused by traffic pollution in urban traffic network through reasonable urban traffic planning. A network optimization model based on the social cost control of traffic pollution is established,and an example is given to compare the results of the equilibrium assignment model,the shortest path equilibrium model and the exhaust pollution network optimization model. It provides different research perspectives for urban traffic assignment.

    Taking the household savings in Hunan Province as a sample,the main factors affecting the household savings in Hunan Province are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively,and reasonable suggestions for stabilizing household savings are given. Using the ordinary least square linear regression model,it is concluded that the disposable income of urban residents and total dependency ratio are negatively correlated with household savings,inflation rate and the disposable income of rural residents are positively correlated with household savings,and the interest rate is not significantly correlated with household savings. This shows that lowering the interest rate is not an effective way to control household savings,and the household savings rate can be effectively stabilized by improving the rural residents′ social security system and standardizing the financial securities market.

    Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features and differential diagnosis of solitary fibrous tumors of the central nervous system. Methods Routine HE and immunohistochemical staining were performed in 5 cases of solitary fibrous tumors of the central nervous system,and follow-up was conducted. At the same time,their clinicopathological features were analyzed in conjunction with the review of relevant literature. Results The morphologic features of the lesions were diverse. The main lesions were densely proliferated spindle tumor cells arranged into sheet striations and hemangiopericytoma-like structures. In addition,the area of loose cells is also seen. The tumor cells are scattered in a star-awn shape,accompanied by collagen fiber hyaline changes. Vimentin,CD34,CD99,STAT6 and Bcl-2 were positively expressed in spindle cells. With the increase of tumor grade,the Ki-67 value-added index increased(5%-20%). p53 was positively expressed in mid-and high-level lesions. In the whole group,1 patient relapsed and 1 lost to follow-up. Conclusion Solitary fibrous tumors originating in the central nervous system are rare,which are intermediate neoplasms with a tendency to recur. Histomorphology is an important diagnostic basis,and immunohistochemical examination can assist the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
    Effect and Mechanism of Fistular Onion Bulb Extraction on Cardiomyocyte Apoptosis in Ischemia-Reperfusion Model Rats

    Objective To explore the protective effect and mechanism of fistular onion bulb(FOB) extraction on myocardial cell apoptosis in ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) model rats. Methods Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into the sham group(n = 12),the I/R group(n = 12)and the FOB group(n = 12). The anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery was ligated and reperfused for 45 minutes. Multi-channel physiological recorder recorded the changes of left ventricular function,TUNEL staining was used to observe the myocardial cell apoptosis and calculate the myocardial cell apoptosis rate;Western blot was used to detect the expression of p-p38,p53 protein in myocardial AAR,BZ,and RA;RT-PCR detected myocardial tissue p38,p53 mRNA expression. Results Compared with the sham group,the heart function of the I/R group was significantly impaired,the apoptosis rate increased,the expression levels of p-p38 ,and p53 protein were significantly increased,and the relative expression level of p53 mRNA was significantly increased(P < 0. 05);FOB pretreatment improved the rat heart function,the apoptosis rate decreased,the expression levels of p-p38,and p53 protein decreased,and the relative expression level of p53 mRNA was downregulated (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The FOB can improve the cardiac function of I/R rats,which is related to the regulation of p38 MAPK signal pathway protein expression and anti-cardiomyocyte apoptosis.

    Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Jin′s three-needle therapy combined with Dingxian pill in the treatment of epilepsy. Methods 50 epileptic patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with routine western medicine plus Jin′s three-needle therapy combined with Dingxian pill. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P > 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jin′s three-needle therapy combined with Dingxian pill have a significant curative effect on epilepsy,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which has application and promotion value.

    To probe into the application effect of the ″PDA class and project-driven method″ teaching model in the teaching of Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiments,36 students from the 2015 pharmaceutical class were selected as the traditional group (control group),and 33 students from the 2016 pharmaceutical class were selected as the ″ PDA class and project driven method″ teaching group(experimental group). The teaching effect of the experimental group was evaluated using the revised questionnaire. The test score and learning ability of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the final assessment scores and usual scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). After the course study, the experimental group students′ total scores of autonomous learning ability and the scores of various dimensions were higher than those before the course study(P < 0. 05). Students′ recognition of the ″ PDA class and project-driven method″ teaching model is high. The application of ″ PDA class and project-driven method″ in the teaching of Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiments can effectively enhance the learning initiative of students and the teaching effect is good.

    This paper presents an adaptive routing algorithm based on the 3D Mesh structure. On the one hand,the algorithm avoids the shortcomings of the dimensional order algorithm, which first goes in a certain direction and then turns,and realizes data packet diversion from multiple directions to avoid congestion at subsequent nodes. On the other hand,based on the idea of the greedy algorithm,the data packet with the least number of hops and the output port with the lowest demand is selected to achieve local optimization. Simulation results show that the throughput of this algorithm is higher and the average end-to-end delay is lower than that of the DOR algorithm in the uniform traffic mode.

    It is difficult for automobile calibration system software to be universally applicable to different application scenarios. According to the national standard,a kind of steering wheel angle calibration and diagnosis software based on CAN protocol for power steering system was designed. The initial parameters were determined according to the communication protocol type,and the data communication connection between the diagnostic instrument and the automobile ECU was established. Then,the data of ECU was sampled and analyzed,and the calibration simulation database was obtained. Finally,the program was designed to realize the calibration function of the diagnosis instrument. The test operation shows that the software can achieve the expected calibration function and can reduce the complexity of the calibration work.

    The manipulator system is a multi-input and multi-output system with highly coupled,nonlinear dynamic characteristics and many unpredictable factors in its structure and parameters in practical work. A fuzzy neural network controller is designed for this system,and the parameters of FNNC are optimized by combining particle swarm optimization algorithm and BP algorithm. The simulation results show that the scheme has strong adaptability,stability, and anti-interference performance to the control system,and effectively solves the trajectory tracking problem of the manipulator.

    At present,most of the smoke extractors need to pull smoke manually,and the form of the smoke belt is single. There are many restrictions on use in the flight show,the installation of the device is difficult,and there are few kinds of researches on the smoke extractors for small rotorcraft UAV. In order to make up for the above shortcomings and improve the practicability of the smoke extractor,this paper designs an intelligent smoke extractor consisting of a gas conducting device,a switch device,a smoke generating device,a control device,and a fixed device,and elaborates the design ideas of its mechanical structure. Base on it,the corresponding control circuit was designed and manufactured. The semiphysical simulation verifies the expected functions of the smoke extractor including manual,automatic,and intelligent smoke extraction,optimizing the practicality of the existing,and expands the scope of application of the smoke extractor.

    Objective Using SWOT to analyze the development of college basketball selective classes in Jinan City,to understand the problems of college basketball selective classes in Jinan City,and to put forward the corresponding development strategies. Methods The basketball selective classes from 5 universities in Jinan City were selected as the research object. A total of 300 samples were collected using questionnaires. The samples were processed and analyzed by data statistics. Results ① The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by α coefficient evaluation,KMO value,Bartlett′s sphericity test,and the contribution rate of the rotation matrix. It was concluded that the questionnaire had high reliability and validity, and the samples were suitable for factor analysis. ② A linear regression equation was established based on the data relationship between variables. The constant of the equation was 2. 349. The degree of satisfaction of factor 1 for the satisfaction degree of teachers was defined as X1;factor 2 for the environment and equipment of the basketball court was defined as X2;factor 3 for the training effect was defined as X3;factor 4 for the overall satisfaction of the course was defined as Y. The regression equation was obtained by SPSS:Y = 2. 349 + 0. 352X1 + 0. 103X2 + 0. 056X3. ③ Through the strategic analysis of the SWOT matrix,four strategic methods were obtained,which are respectively:pioneering(SO),striving(WO),struggling(ST),and conservative(WT). Conclusion ① The most important factor to improve the training effect of college students′ basketball course is the professional level of the basketball teachers,followed by the environment and equipment,and finally the effect of students′learning and exercise. ② The strategy in line with the development of basketball training in Jinan colleges and universities is pioneering and striving:making good use of the material resources and human resources inside and outside the school to train basketball talents,and strengthening the flow of teachers between colleges to promote the development of basketball in colleges and universities;takeing the advantages of basketball rules,the relatively complete conditions of basketball competition in Jinan colleges and universities,a strong basketball atmosphere and foundation,and the league′s own functions for promotion;grasping the needs of national and regional policy support and project development,more college competitions should be held to promote the development of basketball in colleges and universities.

    By means of literature review,comparative analysis,and other research methods,this paper makes an in-depth comparison of the training model,updating and continuing education system,self-examination requirements, and relevant information of domestic training courses of the four major certifications of personal trainers in the United States,in order to provide references for Chinese fitness trainers when choosing international trainer certificates. According to the research,personal coach certifications of ACE and NASM are more suitable for unfamiliar or will be engaged in personal coaches,while personal coach certifications of ACSM and NSCA are suitable for personal coaches with rich teaching experience. Personal trainers who do not want to spend a lot of time and energy on updating knowledge and skills after obtaining the private teaching certificate recommend to attend ACE or NASM. Instead,they can choose NSCA or ACSM. Coaches who have sufficient funds and time but want to study private coaching courses in a comprehensive and systematic way are recommended to participate in ACSM and ACE. On the contrary,they can choose NSCA and NASM. Coaches with poor English proficiency can choose to take the NSCACPT and ACE-CPT Chinese independent registration examination. Coaches with high English proficiency and insufficient funds can choose to take the ACSM-CPT English independent registration examination. Personal coaches who have not graduated from high school can take the NASM-CPT English independent registration examination. Coaches planning to travel abroad to work in the fitness industry can choose the NCCA certification;personal trainers who want to develop in the field of physical fitness can choose the NSCACPT certificate,which will be of great help to the future learning of the NSCA-CSCS system.
