    Preparation and Properties of Single Molecular Intumescent Flame Retardant Polylactic Acid Composites

    A novel single molecular intumescent flame retardant-aluminum Pmethylpropionanilide methyl phosphinate(Al(PMPMP))was synthesized by 2-methyl-2,5-dioxo-1,2-oxaphospholane(OP)through a three-step reaction. The target product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR). The limit oxygen index (LOI)of polylactic acid(PLA) increased from 17. 6% to 28. 5% when adding Al(PMPMP)with a mass fraction of 15%,and the vertical burning test could pass the UL94 V-0 rating. Microscale combustion calorimeter results demonstrated that Al(PMPMP) exhibited superior performance in inhibiting heat release rate for PLA. TG-FTIR combination analysis displayed that Al (PMPMP) could effectively reduce the release of flammable gases during the thermal decomposition process of PLA. In addition,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis confirmed that the flame retardant composites showed obvious foam expansion after combustion, forming a carbon layer with a dense surface and a porous inner layer. In summary,Al(PMPMP) achieved benign synergistic flame retardancy for PLA in the gas phase and condensation phase.

    MgCo2O4 theoretical specific capacitance is up to 3 122 F/g. Due to the influence of its morphology,structure,conductivity,and other factors,the actual specific capacitance value is not high. To obtain MgCo2O4 electrode materials with high specific capacitance,we prepared sea urchin-like MgCo2O4(M-10)on the nickel foam framework by hydrothermal method. Phase characterization analysis and electrochemical performance testing were performed by the X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and electrochemical workstation. The results showed that the specific capacitance of M-10 was up to 1 090. 8 F/g when the current density was 1 A/g. As a binder-free supercapacitor electrode material, the specific capacitance of M-10 remained 91% when it circulated 5 000 cycles at 20 A/g current density,which had good cycle stability. In addition,we assembled M-10∥AC asymmetric supercapacitor (M-10∥AC ASC) with M-10 as the positive and activated carbon(AC)as the negative. The specific capacitance of M-10∥AC ASC was 69. 8 F/g when the voltage window was 0 ~ 1. 5 V and the current density was 1 A/g. Simultaneously, after 3 000 cycles,the specific capacitance retention ratio was 96. 8%,indicating that M-10 can be used as a good energy storage electrode material.

    The desulphurization system was established with EDTA-Fe as the catalyst for removing iron complex from gaseous hydrogen sulfide. The effects of alkalinity,EDTA/Fe molar ratio, total iron concentration, and thiosulfate concentration on the stability and desulfurization selectivity of EDTA-Fe catalyst were investigated. The experimental results showed that the degradation rate of EDTA and the selectivity of desulphurization were decreased with the increase of alkalinity value in desulphurization solution. The rise of EDTA/Fe mole ratio led to an increased EDTA degradation rate and reduced desulfurization selectivity. With the increase of total iron concentration,the degradation rate of EDTA increased, and the selectivity of desulfurization decreased. The increase of thiosulfate concentration significantly reduced the degradation rate of EDTA and increased the selectivity of desulfurization. When considering the degradation rate and selectivity of EDTA,the molar ratio of EDTA/Fe and the total iron concentration should be reduced as much as possible. In contrast,the basicity value and thiosulfate concentration in the composition of the desulfurizing solution should be appropriately increased.

    To study the application possibility of iron-based bimetallic MOF material for the degradation of halogenated benzoquinones in water,we successfully synthesized irontitanium bimetallic MOF material using a solvothermal method with isopropyl titanate,iron acetylacetonate,and 2-aminoterephthalic acid as raw materials. We characterized its structure and thermal properties,and disussed its removal rate of 2,6-dichloro-1,4-benzoquinone. The results showed that when the initial concentration of DCBQ was 1. 8 mg/L,the amount of (Fe∶Ti = 0. 6∶2. 0) bimetallic MOF material was 30 mg,and the amount of 3% hydrogen peroxide was 1 mL, the optimal degradation rate was 98. 58%. The results demonstrate that iron-titanium bimetallic MOF has a good effect on the degradation of halogenated benzoquinones in drinking water,and the effect of hydrogen peroxide is better.

    Linxing tight gas field is a typical ″ low porosity,low permeability,and low production″ gas field. After the gas well is put into operation,the phenomenon of water producing,the pressure dropping rapidly,and the gas well liquid loading is generally joint. To improve the anhydrous production period of Linxing tight gas well and improve the gas field recovery, we modified the wellbore pressure model of ″ average temperature and average deviation coefficient method″ ,selected the critical liquid carrying model in line with Linxing block,and used the modern production instability analysis method Blasingame and Log-Log characteristic curve to fit the production data before the liquid accumulation of Well LX-X1,to obtain main parameters such as reservoir permeability,fracture halflength, fracture conductivity and well control area. On this basis of historical matching,the production of the well was predicted at constant pressure. Then,the predicted production was compared with the critical liquid carrying the flow of the well to predict the fluid accumulation time of Well LX-X1. The result showed that the liquid loading time of Well LX-X1 was 13 days earlier than the actual liquid loading time. This method has a specific guiding role in predicting the liquid loading time of gas wells and grasping the appropriate time to carry out drainage and gas production measures.

    Objective To explore the pathogenesis characteristics of inherited metabolic disease in the neonatal intense care unit. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 637 neonates between October 2018 and October 2020 who met the inclusion criteria and underwent blood LC-MS-MS and urine GC-MS in the neonatal intensive care unit of Wuhan Children′s Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Results A total of 36 newborns were confirmed to have inherited metabolic disease in the 637 neonates,and the total positive rate was 5. 6%,including organic acidemias(18/36,50. 00%),amino acid metabolism(7/36,19. 44%),and urea cycle defect(7/36,19. 44%),et al. Methylmalonicacademia,propionic academia,glutaricacademia and isovaleric acidemia were the most common cause of organic acidemias. Tyrosinemia,hyperphenylalaninemia,and maple syrup urine disease were the main types of amino acid metabolism. The first presentation in these 36 neonates mainly include poor response or coma(8/36,22. 22%),poor appetite(6/36,16. 67%),slow increase of weight(5/36,13. 89%),jaundice (5/36,13. 89%), abdominal distention(4/36,11. 11%),convulse(3/36,8. 33%),and dyspnea(3/36,8. 33%). Conclusion The clinical manifestations of neonatal genetic metabolic diseases are diverse. Screening for children with high-risk manifestations is helpful for early diagnosis.
    Analysis on Therapeutic Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsule in Treating Dilated Cardiomyopathy with Heart Failure

    Objective To observe the clinical effect of sacubitril valsartan combined with Qili Qiangxin capsule in treating dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure. Methods 83 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure treated in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Jianghan University from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group(42 cases) and the control group(41 cases). The control group was treated with conventional therapy and sacubitril valsartan,and the observation group was given Qili Qiangxin capsule based on the treatment of the control group. After 12 weeks of treatment,the changes of serum NT-proBNP,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the serum NT-proBNP and LVEDD of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the LVEF was significantly increased, and the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effects of sacubitril valsartan combined with Qili Qiangxin capsule were better than sacubitril valsartan alone in treating dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure.
    Application of ABC Score in Prognostic Evaluation of Patients in Liver Cirrhosis with Esophageal Gastric Varices Bleeding

    Objective To evaluate the performance of ABC score in predicting early high mortality risk and rebleeding risk caused by gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with liver cirrhosis,and compare it with Child-Pugh score and MELD score. Methods This article selected 95 hospitalized patients with cirrhosis and varicose hemorrhage admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Hubei Province from January 2018 to March 2021 and recorded the first ABC score,CTP score,and MELD score of the patients after the clinical hospitalization. The area under the ROC curve was used to compare the performance of the three scoring methods on evaluating the early high mortality risk and the risk of rebleeding. Results In terms of the prognostic value of 30-day death in patients with esophageal gastric varices bleeding,the ABC score (AUC = 0. 917) was significantly better than the CTP score (AUC = 0. 817) and MELD score(AUC = 0. 768). And the ABC score had a certain diagnostic value in predicting the occurrence of rebleeding in patients with esophageal gastric varices bleeding,and the area under the curve was 0. 720. CTP score and MELD score had no obvious diagnostic value for the prognosis of varicose vein bleeding patients with rebleeding,and the area under the curve was 0. 562 and 0. 578,respectively. Conclusion ABC score has a better diagnostic value in predicting the death of patients with liver cirrhosis and esophageal variceal bleeding within 30 days of hospitalization,and is better than the CTP score and MELD score. ABC score has a certain diagnostic value in predicting rebleeding in patients with varicose vein bleeding.
    A Case of Idiopathic Non-Cirrhotic Portal Hypertension and Literature Review

    Objective To investigate the etiology, clinical symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of idiopathic non-cirrhotic portal hypertension (INCPH), combined with a literature review. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 1 case of idiopathic non-cirrhotic portal hypertension,combined with domestic and foreign literature for analysis. Results The patient was admitted to the hospital with ″ hematemesis for one day″ and was misdiagnosed as cirrhotic portal hypertension. Portal hypertension predated the onset of decompensated liver cirrhosis based on the patient′s medical history. Therefore,the diagnosis was considered idiopathic non-cirrhotic portal hypertension,but the treatment method has always been the same as that of cirrhotic portal hypertension. The 10-year survival rate of patients is higher than that of cirrhotic portal hypertension. Conclusion Idiopathic non-cirrhotic portal hypertension is a rare disease characterized by no liver cirrhosis,no other causes of liver disease,and no visceral vein thrombosis with portal hypertension. There are currently no treatment guidelines for INCPH,and expert opinions recommend following the prevention and treatment guidelines for patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension. Idiopathic non-cirrhotic portal hypertension is mainly based on preventing and treating complications. Patients with INCPH have a better prognosis than cirrhotic portal hypertension.

    Objective Gastric antral vascular ectasia(GAVE)is an uncommon but important upper gastrointestinal bleeding disorder. This study aims to improve clinicians′ ability to distinguish and treat GAVE. Methods We analyzed the clinical data of a patient with GAVE and reviewed the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment methods of GAVE based on the existing literature data. Results The elderly female patient, characterized endoscopically by watermelon stomach, presented with moderate to severe anemia and required repeated blood transfusions. Conclusion Argon plasma coagulation (APC) is currently the most widely used clinical method for treating GAVE,which has the advantages of low cost,easy operation,and safe,but it often requires multiple treatments to achieve a clinical cure.
    SAPHO Syndrome with Low Back Pain and Atypical Skin Lesions:A Case Report and Literature Review

    Objective SAPHO syndrome is a clinically rare autoimmune disease. Grasp the clinical manifestations and imaging features of the disease,and combine the review of related articles with improving the understanding of the disease and the accuracy of diagnosis. Methods One SAPHO syndrome patient with ″low back pain″ as the primary manifestation and atypical skin changes was analyzed and treated,combined with the relevant literature review,and the clinical characteristics were summarized. Results The primary manifestation of the patient was ″low back pain with pain in both lower limbs″ with atypical skin lesions. The check results showed the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,complement C3,and complement C4 increased,and the anti-histone antibody is weakly positive. Chest CT showed sternal rib clavicular hypertrophy syndrome. Whole-body bone scan(ECT) showed abnormal active bone metabolism foci on both sides of the clavicle and sternum,considering the possibility of SAPHO syndrome. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of SAPHO syndrome lack specificity, and its diagnosis should be based on clinical manifestations, past medical history, and imaging examinations. The diagnosis of the disease by whole-body bone scan(ECT)is specific.
    Bibliometric Analysis of Chinese Wheat Lodging Research Literature Based on CNKI

    In order to grasp the research status and future development direction of the domestic wheat lodging field in general, CiteSpace was used to analyze the relevant literature with wheat lodging as the theme included in the CNKI database from 2000 to 2020 from the aspects of the annual number of papers,research institutions,authors,journal distribution,citation frequency,funding funds and research hotspots. The results showed that the research in wheat lodging developed rapidly from 2000 to 2020,and the number of documents issued showed an upward trend as a whole. Agriculture-related universities were the main force of research in this field,and there were few exchanges and cooperation between institutions and authors. Modern Agricultural Science and Technology published the most documents in this field,and Journal of Triticeae Crops had the highest total citations and average citations. The national fund was the primary source of funding in wheat lodging research. Keyword cluster analysis showed that the research hotspots in this field were the ways of realizing high yield and lodging resistance of wheat,the causes of wheat lodging and the research on agronomic measures to improve wheat lodging resistance. The above research results scientifically and in detail describe the research status and progress in wheat lodging from the perspective of bibliometrics to provide scientific reference for the research in the field of wheat lodging in the future.
    Sensory Quality and Main TPA Characteristics of Different Sweet Corn Strains

    In order to explore the quality characteristics of edible sweet corn,this study analyzed six sweet corn strains′ grain appearance quality, sensory quality, and TPA characteristic value. The results showed differences in grain appearance, texture, and sensory quality among the six sweet corn strains. The sensory evaluation score of Leader Sweet No. 1 was the highest(90. 18),and the cohesiveness and chewiness of fresh grains were the highest. The viscosity,elasticity,and elasticity index of cooking quality were outstanding. However,there were significant differences in sweet corn′s fresh kernel and cooking quality in the same strain. Correlation analysis showed a significant negative correlation between grain viscosity and elasticity index,and a significant positive correlation between cooking quality elasticity index and elasticity of six fresh sweet corn strains. Principal component analysis showed that viscosity was the first principal component to determine the quality of sweet corn kernel.
