    Study on PVA/Soluble Starch Composite Film Modified by Nano-SiO2

    Using the sol-gel method, the nano-SiO2 modified PVA/soluble starch composite film was prepared by adding a nano-silica (SiO2) suspension to the soluble starch and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)blend system,and using polyacrylamide(PA),glycerin and glutaraldehyde as dispersants and plasticizers. The tensile strength,elongation at break,light transmittance,and haze of the composite film were tested,and the results of SEM,FT-IR,DSC and XRD were comprehensively evaluated. The experimental results show that the composite film has the best comprehensive performance when the content of SiO2 is 3% and the mass of glycerol and glutaraldehyde is 1. 0%. The results of FT-IR,XRD,DSC,and SEM show that nano-SiO2 is added to produce hydrogen bonds or Si—O—C with soluble starch and PVA molecules. The composite film plays a cross-linking role to form a spatial network structure,effectively improving the comprehensive performance and heat resistance of the composite film.

    Atmospheric visibility(horizontal visibility,referred to as visibility)can indicate the regional atmospheric environmental quality to a certain extent. According to the monitoring data from the State-Controlled Air Automatic Monitoring Station at Xianning from 2017 to 2018,the relationship between visibility and PM2.5(mass concentration,the same below)was analyzed by the curve-fitting method in different relative humidity(RH). The results show that the visibility and PM2.5 concentration in Xianning have obvious seasonal variation characteristics. In summer,PM2.5 concentration was lower and visibility was higher,and in winter,PM2.5 concentration was higher and visibility was lower. Using SPSS17.0 software to perform curve fitting, it is found that the visibility and PM2.5 concentration are related by a power function. When 50% < RH ≤ 95%,the fit is good,and when RH is 65%,the critical concentration of PM2.5 is 51 μg/m3 when haze is observed in Xianning. The least-squares method is used to obtain the fitting equation of visibility about PM2.5 concentration and relative humidity. It has been verified that the simulation effect is good,and it can be used to predict the visibility and PM2.5 concentration.
    Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Febuxostat in Treatment of Elderly Gout Patients with Chronic Renal Insufficiency

    Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and the influence on renal function of the elderly gout patients with chronic renal insufficiency treated by febuxostat. Methods A retrospective analysis of 89 elderly gout patients with chronic renal insufficiency from January 2014 to December 2018 was made. The changes of serum uric acid (UA),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR) before and after treatment with febuxostat were compared. Results ① After treatment,the UA and Scr of elderly gout patients with chronic renal insufficiency were significantly reduced,with statistical significance,and eGFR was significantly increased,with statistical significance. There was no significant change in BUN before and after treatment. ② Compared with before treatment, UA in each group was significantly reduced after febuxostat treatment,the difference was statistically significant,eGFR was significantly increased in patients with CKD stage 2-3,the difference was statistically significant,and there was no significant change in patients with CKD stage 4,and the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion In the treatment of elderly gout patients with chronic renal insufficiency,febuxostat is effective in lowering uric acid levels,and it has a better effect on improving renal function in patients with CKD stage 2-3. However,for elderly gout patients who have reached CKD stage 4,the effects of febuxostat are not obvious on renal function,which may be related to the small sample size in the study. More clinical data and longer clinical observation are needed for the cardiovascular safety/risk of febuxostat in China.
    Efficacy of Shenkang Injection Combined with Calcium Dobesilate in Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease:A Systematic Review

    Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenkang injection combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. Methods We searched PubMed,Wanfang,and CNKI databases to collect clinical research results on evaluating the efficacy and safety of Shenkang injection combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. The search time period was from the establishment of the database to December 25,2019. The RevMan5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results A total of 7 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included,including 653 patients. The results of the meta-analysis showed that compared with calcium dobesilate group,Scr decreased[MD = -31. 45,95%CI(-50. 23,-12. 66),P = 0. 001],BUN decreased[MD = -3. 52,95%CI(-5. 24,-1. 79),P < 0. 000 01],UA decreased[MD = -79. 72,95%CI(-100. 75,-58. 69),P < 0. 000 01],CysC decreased[MD = -1. 04,95%CI(-1. 34,-0. 73),P < 0. 000 01],Ccr increased[MD = 9. 81,95%CI(7. 13,12. 50),P < 0. 000 01],and total effective rate increased[OR = 4. 56,95%CI(2. 24,9. 30),P < 0. 000 1]in Shenkang injection combined with calcium dobesilate group;and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant[OR = 0. 66,95%CI(0. 27,1. 63),P = 0. 37]. Conclusion The efficacy of Shenkang injection combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic kidney disease is better than that of calcium dobesilate alone. The safety of the two groups is equivalent.

    The supramolecular hydrogel,made of oligopeptide in a self-assembled way,is a kind of three-dimensional nanostructures formed through non-covalent bond force in aqueous solution. It owns so many advantages,such as easy to design and modify chemical properties, good biological modification, low immunotoxicity, easy to degrade, rapid response,and other biological characteristics. The L-amino acid oligopeptide hydrogelator,specially designed and synthesized, has been widely used in the field of biomedicine,especially in the research of cancer treatment. Due to better biological stability,D-amino acids are preferred in biomedicine than L-amino acids. Supramolecular hydrogel,selfassembled from oligopeptides synthesized from D-amino acids,will be more widely studied in cancer treatment. In this paper,supramolecular hydrogel prepared by D-amino acid oligopeptides and their derivatives as hydrogel are introduced,and their applications in the treatment of cancer are summarized. Also,the disadvantages and challenges of supramolecular hydrogel prepared by D-amino acid oligopeptides in cancer therapy are discussed.

    Methamphetamine is a highly addictive central nervous system stimulant. Longterm abuse of methamphetamine can damage the structure and function of the brain,which leads to cognitive impairment,including learning and memory impairment,distraction,etc. ,among which learning and memory impairment is the most prominent. Many addiction theories indicate that the hallmark feature of addiction is the lack of inhibition or executive control caused by learning and memory impairment,which will contribute to persistent drug abuse. Therefore,this article reviews the molecular mechanism of learning and memory impairment induced by methamphetamine addiction and the methods of improving learning and memory impairment,which provide ideas for the clinical treatment of methamphetamineinduced cognitive impairment.
    Preliminary Study on Rapid Extraction of DNA and Multiplex PCR Detection of Harmful Food-Borne Microorganisms

    Objective To establish a rapid detection system for harmful food-borne microorganisms. Methods In this study,5 kinds of harmful bacteria such as Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Shigella,Salmonella,and Listeria monocytogenes were detected. The rapid extraction of genomic DNA in 30 seconds and multiplex PCR were used as experimental techniques. Results 8 pairs of specific primers of the 5 bacteria were screened out,and it was found that Escherichia coli and Listeria monocytogenes could be detected by DNA rapid extraction and PCR. A multiplex PCR system based on DNA rapid extraction of Escherichia coli and Listeria monocytogenes was established. Four pairs of primer combinations:rfbE/Hly,fbE/HlyA1,rfbE/HlyA2,and eaeA/HlyA2,were screened out successfully in multiplex PCR experiments,and the experiments were optimized. Conclusion It is feasible to detect harmful food-borne microorganisms by DNA rapid extraction and multiplex PCR. However,it is necessary to take measures to optimize the experiments. The design of primers for multiplex PCR may be the key to optimize the experiments.

    Ethanol was used to extract the proanthocyanidins from Ningxia ' Cabernet Sauvignon' grape skin residue by adding cellulase and pectinase. Based on the single-factor experiment, the response surface methodology was used to investigate the effects of material-liqiud ratio, the amount of complex enzyme, extraction temperature, and extraction time on the yield of proanthocyanidins. Then,the quadratic polynomial regression model was established to analyze and predict the yield of proanthocyanidins. The best process conditions for proanthocyanidins are ethanol concentration 60%,compound enzyme addition 0. 4%,material-liqiud ratio 1∶20,pH value 4. 5,extraction temperature 60 ℃ ,extraction time 80 min. Results show that the yield of proanthocyanidins from Ningxia ' Cabernet Sauvignon' grape skin residue is 22. 914 mg/g.

    This experiment mainly studied the effects of three concentrations of agricultural rare earths on the content of protein and glucose and the activity of the antioxidant enzyme in the seeds of two sweet corn varieties,'Liketian 5807' and 'Rongyutian 7'. The results showed that 0. 5% and 2. 0% rare earth solution promoted the decomposition of ' Liketian 5807' protein;while the three concentrations inhibited the decomposition of 'Rongyutian 7' protein. In the early stage of seed germination(1 - 3 days),the effect of 2. 0% rare earth solution on promoting glucose synthesis of 'Liketian 5807' was the most obvious;in the later stage of germination(5 - 7 days),the effect of 0. 5% rare earth solution on promoting glucose decomposition of ' Liketian 5807' was the most obvious. During the whole germination period, the effect of 0. 5% rare earth solution on promoting glucose synthesis and decomposition of 'Rongyutian 7' was the most obvious. As the seeds germinated,the SOD activity of both cultivars increased. The effect of 2. 0% rare earth on the enhancement of the POD activity of 'Liketian 5807' was the most obvious;all the three concentrations enhanced the POD activity of ' Rongyutian 7' . 2. 0% rare earth had the best effect on enhancing the CAT activity of 'Liketian 5807' ,and 1. 0% rare earth had the best effect on enhancing the CAT activity of 'Rongyutian 7'.

    Traditional Apriori algorithm can only deal with Boolean data and can't process the medical records of breast cancer patients with continuous data. In this regard, a prediction method of breast cancer diffusion based on the improved Apriori algorithm is proposed,which based on a new support calculation method including the fuzzy set theory. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm can process records of breast cancer patients with continuous data. Compared with traditional algorithms,it can mine more and higher quality rules,and obtain the hidden rules between the pathogenic factors and diffusion of breast cancer patients. It verifies that the improved Apriori algorithm is of guiding significance for the treatment of breast cancer patients.

    Sentiment analysis of text data generated by social networks has become a research hot spot in the field of natural language processing. Because of the complex structure,memory loss, and gradient diffusion of the recurrent neural network, the accuracy of classification is affected. However,the attention mechanism needs more parameters and can't pay attention to the more internal sequence relationship of texts. To solve this problem,this paper proposes a sentiment analysis based on BGRU and self-attention mechanism. In the model,firstly,the text is vectorized by GloVe,and the context information is extracted by BGRU. Then the weight of features is dynamically adjusted by the self-attention mechanism. Finally,the result of sentiment classification is obtained by the classifier. The model proposed in this paper is applied to the IMDB English corpus,and the experimental results show that the accuracy of this method in text classification is 91. 23%。

    Aiming at the design and deployment of a business intelligence system for the traditional manufacturing industry,this paper designs a business intelligence system based on Python language and its related libraries,combined with XLSX file as the form of database management. This system can automatically analyze and provide static and dynamic reports at different production and time levels, and implement the monitoring of some key indicators. Its simplicity and flexibility satisfy the requirements of the analysis and management of the production data of the traditional manufacturing industry. The tracking statistics of the actual application of the business intelligence system show the analysis time often linearly with the number of output reports. A parallel processing platform can be built by a network cloud,which can overcome the time and geographical constraints.
