Vegetable soybean is an important bean vegetable in China. Its grain type trait is a comprehensive indicator of seed size and fullness,and it is also a key factor affecting soybean commodity properties and sowing quality. In this study,78 vegetable soybean varieties with local characteristics were collected from Hubei,Henan and other regions. Through field and indoor experiments,the grain traits such as 100-grain weight,seed length,seed width and seed coat color of this group were observed. The statistical analysis was carried out. The results showed that the 100-grain weight of the 78 populations was highest up to 37. 10 g,the minimum was 4. 95 g ,and the average was 19. 46 g. The seed length was 0. 67 to 1. 22 cm,with a mean of 0. 87 cm. The maximum grain width was 0. 9 cm,the minimum was 0. 47 cm,the average width was 0. 70 cm. The aspect ratio was between 1. 05 ~ 1. 50,and the average value was 1. 2. In terms of the color of the seed coat of the varieties,the yellow was close to half,and the rest were less. Finally,based on the 100-grain weight,six oversized grain germplasms and one small-grain germplasm were screened to provide genetic material for further genetic improvement of vegetable soybean.

The responses of vegetable peas on neutral salt NaCl and alkaline salt NaHCO
3
stresses during seed germination with gradient concentrations of NaCl and NaHCO
3
solution were studied in this paper. The results showed that the seed germination and seedling growth of vegetable pea were inhibited while the concentration of NaHCO
3
solution reached 25 mmol/L;moreover,the seeds could not germinate when the concentration of NaHCO
3
solution was 200 mmol/L;however,the coefficient of seed vigor was increasing,and the growths of pea seedling main root and bud were promoted while the concentration of NaCl solution was 25 mmol/L,the seed germination and seedling growth of vegetable pea were not inhibited until the concentration of NaCl solution over 100 mmol/L. Therefore,the alkaline salt NaHCO
3
is more obvious than the neutral salt NaCl to inhibit the vegetable pea germination;the NaHCO
3
has more obvious effect on vegetable pea cultivation when it accumulates in soil.

In this paper, we made use of a new method to study the existence and uniqueness for solution of stochastic functional partial differential equations in separable Hilbert spaces. Firstly,by means of Burkholder- Davis- Gundy inequality and Gronwalllemma,the uniqueness of solution was obtained. Then,the iterative process converging to the process u ( t ) was obtained. O as the central ion and 1,3,5-Benzenetricarboxylicacid (BTC) as the organic ligand and it was used as the electrode material for the supercapacitor. The electrochemical properties of them were studied by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge- discharge. The Co- BTC MOFs materials with 5 kinds of different molar ratio of reactants were prepared using the control variable method,and then the morphology and structure of them were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X- ray diffraction (XRD). The results indicated that Co- BTC MOFs exhibited a high galvanostatic charge- discharge specific capacitance of 289. 3 F/g at the current density of 0. 5 A/g while the molar ratio of Co(NO
3
)

O to BTC was 1∶7 and the reaction temperature was 140 ℃. The specific capacitance retained 87. 59 % of its initial discharge capacitance after 1 000 cycles at a current density of 10 A/g,which illustrated it had a high cyclic stability.

In order to reduce exhaust gases impurities damaging of deposition and chemical reaction on the electrode of automobile lambda sensor chip,and to improve stability and longevity of chip,porous protective layer on electrode surface was made by the way of screen printing. The pores of protective layer were adjusted by optimizing pore former type,particle size,content and slurry formula. The optimum conditions were as below:Yixing 8YSZ was selected preferably as powder material,5 μm polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) microspheres was selected preferably as pore former,pore former content was 15% ,resin content was 6% ,solid content was 39. 39% ,15% ethyl cellulose(EC4) and 10% ethyl cellulose (EC45) were selected preferably as adhesive resins. Protective layer slurry was prepared with the optimized conditions. It forms many and uniform size pores after sintering;average aperture was 2. 44 μm,and it is beneficial to make the protective layer play a better role of ″filtration″ for exhaust gases.

Objective
To investigate professional attitude of nursing students in school and nursing students in practice,and to provide basis for nursing educators to help nursing students establish positive and healthy professional attitude.
Methods
This study used the convenience sampling to make professional attitude survey for 75 nursing students in school (grade 2013)and 75 nursing students in practice(grade 2012)in one medicine school from Feb. ,2016 to Apr. ,2016.
Results
The professional attitude of nursing students in school was(5. 91 ± 0. 86),which was higher than that of nursing students in practice(5. 23 ± 0. 94). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). The overall situation of nursing students′ professional attitude was neutral and positive,but there were differences in the order of professional attitude words.
Conclusion
The professional attitude of nursing students in school was better than that of nursing students in practice;the identity of nursing profession of nursing students in school was higher than that of nursing students in practice.

Objective
To investigate the clinical manifestations and pedigree of a child with familial infantile myoclonic epilepsy caused by TBC1D24 gene mutation,and the relevant literatures were reviewed.
Objective
This study collected a case of familial myoclonic epilepsy with development delay caused by TBC1D24 gene mutation which was admitted to the Department of Neurology,Wuhan Children′s Hospital,reviewed literatures,summarized clinical manifestations and the update of diagnosis and treatment.
Results
The propositus,female,six years and nine months old,was hospitalized in July 2018 due to ″ intermittent convulsions for more than six years″ . The child had convulsions when she was two months old. The convulsions were in the form of paroxysmal blue and purple of the complexion and the end of her limbs. She had seizures every day. When she was three years old,the convulsions were in the form of myoclonic seizures. The seizures occurred once in two or three months. Many kinds of antiepileptic drugs were used but they could not control well,the patient had severe development delay. No positive signs were found in the physical examination. The auxiliary examination: the MRI of the head was normal, and the electroencephalogram showed EPC(epilepsia partialis continua ). The younger brother of the propositus,male,three years and six months old. Convulsions were mainly manifested as involuntary shaking of both upper limbs and face,remission after sleep,no treatment with antiepileptic drugs,and mild mental disorders. One gene mutation was found in propositus,TBC1D24 was the compound heterozygous missense mutation(c.1207(exon 6)G> T ,p.v403l),(c.1499(exon 7)C> T,P.A500V). The former was inherited from father,the latter from mother,and the younger brother of the proband had the same TBC1D24 site mutation.
Conclusion
TBC1D24 is the main pathogenic gene of the propositus and her younger brother. It is suggested to screen TBC1D24 gene for refractory myoclonic epilepsy with severe mental disorders.

How to get a better effect for the image style transfer is one of the typical problems in the field of image processing. Aiming at the problems of poor performance and strong limitation in the traditional methods,this paper firstly discussed on the characteristics of image features extraction in the different layers of CNN(convolutional neural networks),then an image style transfer algorithm based on Gram matrix and CNN was proposed,and a variety of art style transfer experiments were designed. The experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm could better implement the style transfer of art images in a shorter time than traditional algorithms,and the experiments verified the advantages of the proposed algorithm in image feature extraction and style transfer tasks.

In view of the outstanding problem that the newly recruited maintenance personnel for medical laboratory instruments are not competent for the maintenance work because of their insufficient experience,in order to assist for their early competence in maintenance work,the experiences of fault detection of various instruments were collected through interviews with industrial experts,literature collation and other channels,and they were sorted out and transformed into a Turing Robot Custom Corpus. On this basis,we used WeChat subscription as the interactive front- end and Turing Robot as the fault diagnosis back- end server,Flask Web server framework was used to build the interactive bridge between WeChat subscription and Turing Robot;an intelligent fault diagnosis system for medical laboratory instruments was designed. The actual operation test showed that it ran steadily,and it can provide reliable maintenance suggestions for maintenance personnel.

Objective
To investigate the current situation on physical activity of college students in Wuhan,and compare the difference of physical activity between male and female students and between science students and arts students,so as to provide support for the formulation of health promotion strategies,and for the improvement of college students′health level.
Methods/b> 1 920 college students from five universities in Wuhan were investigated with IPAQ long,including 1 011 male students,909 female students,983 science students and 937 arts students.
Results
In terms of physical activity type,the male students were significantly lower than female students on housework,but on the leisure- time physical activity,male students were significantly higher than female students. In terms of physical activity intensity, the male students were significantly higher than female students on medium and high intensity and on total amount. In the level of daily physical activity,the proportion of low- intensity physical activity was about 16. 4% . The weekly sedentary time and sleeping time of college students in Wuhan accounted for 54. 0% of the total time of every day. The average duration of activities was less than 30 minutes every day. The male students were significantly higher than female students on physical activity time. There was no difference between science students and arts students in the above aspects.
Conclusion
Physical activities of college students in Wuhan are mainly moderate intensity,with less high- intensity activities and a higher proportion of low- intensity activities. Most of female students do not have the habit of daily physical activity. The relevant departments should pay more attention to the physical activity of college students in Wuhan,and emphasize to enhance their awareness of physical activity,gradually develop the habit of lifelong physical education for improvement of physical health.

Service learning is a new way of quality education derived from the combination of college students′ professional learning and social practice;it is a new idea to deepen the social practice of college students. With the introduction of service learning,practical activities in various colleges and universities are developed with various forms. Through participation,learning and reflection, the students constantly strengthen professional knowledge and improve practical ability while providing services to the society. This article used the documentary method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics,to investigate professional sports college students′ attitude to the concept of service learning,as well as the influence of service learning on professional sports college students′ practice ability. The results showed that based on the same duration and times of service learning,professional sports college students′ practical ability had no significant differences on professional direction,and however,it had significant difference on the gender,the grades and the urban and rural. At the end,the author put forward implementation suggestions,such as optimizing the construction of physical education curriculum,implementing the training program of scientific research projects,and constructing the platform service of university- enterprise- government.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among students′ sense of belonging,construction of campus sports culture and participation in physical exercise. 246 college students were surveyed with the revised PSSM scale as a research tool. The results showed that there were significant differences in cognitive,cultural and emotional factors between cognitive,cultural,behavioral and emotional dimensions of campus sports culture and family education background by using independent sample T test. There were positive correlations between each two of cognitive,cultural,behavioral and emotional factors. The research has conclusions as below:the degree of students′ sense of belonging can directly affect the degree of campus sports culture and students′ physical exercise. It can also deepen students′ sense of belonging by strengthening campus sports culture and students′ physical exercise.
