    Based on the related data of stock market in 2015-2018,this article used seasonal adjustment,unit root test,cointegration test,Granger causality test methods,the empirical research showed that in the long run,there is no direct or indirect wealth effect in Chinese stock market.     Taking data of average price of house price sample in Nanjing released by China Index Research Institute in Apr. 2018 to Sep. 2018 as the research object ,and using GM (1,1)model,to forecast and analyze the housing price of Nanjing in Oct. 2018 to Dec. 2018. The results showed that the GM(1,1) model′s fitting values and predicted values were close to the actual values,the relative error rate was low,and the prediction effect was better than that of BP neural network model. The research provides beneficial guidance for better development of real estate industry.

    The concept of quantum discord was firstly proposed by Olliver and Zurek in 2001. It is a very important quantum correlation between quantum states except quantum entanglement. The analytical calculation of quantum discord between qubits is often very complicated, so the calculation of the quantum discord is mainly for the X-states, the studies for the non-X-states are very few. We presented analytical formulae of a class of non-X-states with five parameters based on Von Neumann entropy and classical correlation. We converted the formulea into a univariate function and used the monotonicity of the function to derive its analytical explicit formula. We found that the quantum discord can be computed in this way for a known two qubits.

    To optimize and improve the transmission performance of conventional Mach-Zehnder interferometer(MZI)filter,a novel filter structure was proposed and discussed in this work based on micro-ring coupling with through-arm of conventional Mach-Zehnder interferometer. Using the theory of micro-ring resonance and signal flow chart,the transfer function of the filter was derived and the output spectrum expression was described as well. The results of numerical simulation indicated that through the phase modification provided by ring resonator and optimization of the coupling coefficient,it obtained a uniform flat-top and similar-to-square output spectrum. Compared with the conventional filter of MZI, the filtering performance of the novel filter is improved significantly.

    Objective To evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with nucleolide and casein injection at Xinwu acupoint on patients with perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods 95 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 47),treated with acupuncture combined with nucleolide and casein injection at Xinwu acupoint;and control group(n = 48),treated with oral dispersion of cetirizine hydrochloride. Two weeks are a course of treatment for two courses. Serum related factors: IgE,histamine(HIS),interleukin 4 (IL-4) levels and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life scale (RQLQ) scores were compared between the two groups. Results ① The levels of serum IgE,HIS and IL-4 in the two groups decreased after treatment,the difference in the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). The decrease in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group,it was statistical significance (P < 0. 05). ② The scores of RQLQ in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment,the difference in the groups was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). ③ The efficacy was compared,the effective rate of the treatment group was 89. 36%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (50. 08%), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with the treatment of cetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets, acupuncture combined with nucleolide and casein injection at Xinwu acupoint can significantly improve quality of life and relieve inflammation of patients with allergic rhinitis.

    The application of nanotechnology in anti-tumor research is increasing extensively. The anti-tumor active ingredients of natural Chinese herbal medicines have the advantages of high efficiency, low toxicity and multiple targets, but their low water solubility,low bioavailability and nonspecific distribution in vivo limit their wide application. Nano-drug delivery systems provide ideal carriers for targeted delivery of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicines in vivo. A large number of researches have confirmed that nano-drug delivery systems provide a broad application prospect for the clinical application of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicines. In this paper,the anti-tumor principle of active components of herbal medicines and the application of various nanotechnology in antitumor were reviewed. The aim is to provide reference for the tumor treatment with active components of herbal medicines.

    Advanced cancer pain is mostly moderate to severe pain, and the incidence is high, which is one of the important causes of depression in patients with malignant tumors. Depression may make cancer pain difficult to control and promote tumor progress. In recent years, the reports of treatment on pain with depression in advanced cancer at home and abroad were mainly opioid combined with antidepressant. This article reviewed the diagnosis, evaluation and progress of treatment on pain with depression in advanced cancer, also summarized the insufficiency of current treatment methods, assessment scale and future research directions.

    Based on features of additive manufacturing model, a stratification and path planning method was proposed to solve the problem that the complex parts with curved joints are difficult to be layered very smoothly. Therefore,the five-axis machining method can be truly applied in the field of additive manufacturing and the manufacturing capabilities of traditional processing will be greatly improved. Based on the features′ definition,this paper used path planning of Two5D features and Freeform features to ensure that the printing device can successfully complete the printing task. Finally,the practical examples of the two path planning methods were given.

    For quantitative and scheduled trace liquid injection problem,the author designed a set of quantitative and scheduled liquid injection system based on single chip microcomputer, designed and developed the injection system hardware and single chip microcomputer control software,respectively. The system drove and segmented pulse signal of stepper motor with single chip microcomputer,to produce a tiny amount of angular displacement and realize high precision injection;at the same time,the harmonic reducer can control the angular displacement accurately and realize the linear feed;the precise control of the plunger was achieved with screw micrometer rod to complete the trace injection. Generally speaking,the trace injection was completed and the injection effect was improved.

    For carrying out teaching practice of car network application technology course of the automotive intelligent technology major,this paper used automotive instruments as test objects,took the Kavser CAN analyzer to transmitted the test data to the USB interface CAN analyzer with C# designed instrument test program,then transmitted to instrument bus through CAN interface of transmission analyzer,and drove the automotive instrument modules′ operation,implemented instrument speed,engine speed,engine water temperature and light tests. Thus the test system can be used as a teaching and training platform for sharing core courses of automotive intelligent technology major.

    Aiming at the intelligent car′s target recognition and obstacle avoidance ability in complex terrain environment, a measurement and control system integrating target recognition, tracking and obstacle avoidance was proposed. The system used STM32f103 single chip microcomputer as the control core and DC deceleration motor as the power source to control the speed and direction of the car accurately. The camera OV7620 was used to detect the object. The obstacle avoidance module was composed of ultrasonic sensor and infrared sensor for avoiding obstacles. The collision between the car and obstacles could be effectively avoided and obstacles could be avoided. Through testing the prototype, the experimental results showed that the car carrying the system could successfully track the target object with the recognition accuracy of 85% and obstacle avoidance passing rate of 80%. At the same time, the car could successfully avoid many complex obstacles, which proves that the system has good stability, strong antiinterference, and can better solve the problem of target recognition and obstacle avoidance of intelligent car in complex environment.

    Traffic object recognition and location have always been one of the most important topics in the field of unmanned driving and video surveillance. In this paper,an end-to-end convolution neural network vehicle detection model (HyperLocNet) was proposed for vehicle detection in traffic images surveillance. Firstly,the region proposal network(RPN)was used to generate initial candidate boxes,and the dynamic probabilistic location model was used to provide the exact location of the target in the area centered on the initial candidate box,so as to improve the stability and convergence of the location model. The dynamic probabilistic model provides rich information for accurate positioning by outputting the probability of the target in searching area. On this basis, HyperLocNet integrated training object location and recognition task to achieve end-to-end detection, improved positioning accuracy and detection efficiency,carried out experiments on traffic object data collected in surveillance video. The proposed model has good detection performance,achieves the detection speed of 13 frames per second,which has the potential of real-time processing.

    An intelligent monitoring and warning system for dangerous slope was constructed by using laser radar technology, fiber grating sensing technology, video monitoring and GNNS time synchronization technology. The system integrates photoelectric technology, computer software technology, information processing technology, control technology and communication technology. It consists of a monitoring center, a field monitoring center and four functional modules. The real-time monitoring and alarm of foreign matter intrusion in the monitoring area are realized by laser radar system ,the early warning and alarm of slope rock fall disaster are realized by fiber grating sensor system ,the on-site monitoring and disaster confirmation are realized by high definition day-night conversion monitoring camera,and the time synchronization function module of GNSS can realize the accurate time synchronization within the system. The monitoring center and the field monitoring center system integrate four modules to ensure the collaborative work of each module. Its application can release early warning in real time all day ,improve the efficiency and quality of monitoring , and achieves the purpose of disaster prevention and reduction.
