    With the development of wearable,bendable and flexible electronic devices,the high energy and high power flexible energy storage devices attract more and more attention,which aims to match the requirements of different applications. Electrodes materials and electrolytes are the key components for the energy storage devices. Therefore,in this paper,the current developments regarding the chemical energy storage devices are introduced. At the same time,the recent developments of the flexible lithium batteries and super capacitors are emphasized, the main challenges and solutions are also analysized and summarized. At last,the prospects focused on the improvements in material developments,device design,materials process and the possible future trends are addressed.

    Copolymer MPEH was synthesized with methylphosphonic dichloride,polyethylene glycol and cyclohexanediol. The product was characterized by FTIR,1H-NMR and 31P-NMR. The LOI value of 20wt% MPEH-PE membrane which used polyethylene as matrix improved from 18. 6% to 26. 4%,and a significant carbon layer was formed after combustion.

    Using perovskite materials as light absorbers of solar cells is a widely concerned new type of solar cells,the power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells rapidly increased from 3. 8% to 19. 3% during the year from 2009 to 2014. This paper reviews the optical properties,the preparation methods and the current research progress of perovskite materials,analyzes the research trends and the problems to be solved,and prospects the future development of the perovskite solar cells.

    A new phosphorus-containing diamine monomer with asymmetric structure was synthesized with 4-aminoacetophenone,2,6-diethylaniline and DOPO by one step,and the p - toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst. This article also explored the suitable conditions for synthesis of the diamine monomer through orthogonal experiments,the reaction temperature was 130 ℃,the reaction time was 20 h,the amount of 2,6-diethylaniline was 3 times of DOPO molar quantity,the amount of p - toluenesulfonic acid was 4% of DOPO quality,and the yield was 60% . The substance′ s melting point is 247. 9 ℃ detected by DSC,characteristic vibration absorption peaks of functional groups of the diamine monomer were characterized by infrared spectrum and proton peaks were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum.

    The flood loss share by the same river basin but different interest bodies is studied from the angle of cooperative game and global loss control. It is supposed that several agents live along the river,and if the agents choose to cooperate,the total flood loss will decrease,the space-time distribution of flood will improve,the social welfare will increase. The author discusses the base of the cooperative game,that is characteristic and distribution of core,and presents the concrete risk- share method,subgame implement method and optimum safety flow rate.

    To assess the value of life of risk industry workers,and to provide an important basis for the development of labor casualties payment standard,the thesis assessed risk of the value of life based on willingness of payworkers in the industry,and builded DEA mathematical models. The author designed double border dichotomous questionnaire and investigated the workers of the group of YIMEI,to assess the value of life front-line workers,we obtained the validity of the DEA model according to the survey data. The results show that:the value of life of risk industry workers are normally distributed;under 95% confidence interval,the value of life of risk industries is 386.633 million yuan.

    This paper proposed an intuitionistic interactive fuzzy optimization method based on the TOPSIS theory for solving a bi-level multi-objective programming. Firstly,in order to reduce decision makers′ subjective humanity,the membership function and non-membership function of intuitionistic fuzzy theory can be used to describe decision makers′ subjective intension;Since the accurate function is better than the score function used to describe the satisfaction degree,in this algorithm,the accurate function is used to construct intuitionistic fuzzy optimization model. Then,in order to measure the overall satisfaction solution of lower and upper-level decision makers,a balance function is introduced based on the TOPSIS theory by considering the overall satisfactory balance between the two levels. Finally,numerical examples illustrate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

    ZnO nanorods synthesized with hydrothermal method were treated with hydrogen- plasma.Their morphologies,structures and optical properties were investigated by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,UV-Vis spectrophotometer and photoluminescence. The results showed that hydrogen-plasma treatment had no affect on the morphologies and structures of ZnO nanorods. It was found that with the increase of the treatment time,the absorption edge of the ZnO nanorods shifted to shorter wavelength,the intensity of near-band edge ultraviolet emission peak increased,and that of the visible emission decreased.

    Debris from laser produced plasma(LPP)severely decreases the lifetime of extreme ultraviolet optics. In order to alleviate the effect of debris in extreme ultraviolet(EUV),the effects of an external magnetic field on the expansion dynamics of Sn plasma have been investigated with a Nd:YAG laser. The characteristics of ions from Sn plasma,optical emission spectrum and the EUV emission have been studied by comparing with and without the effect of magnetic field. The results show the effectively reduction in the ion kinetic energies of the plume species with a modest magnetic field of 0. 6 T. The emission shows significant enhancements of the spectral lines. The enhancement of 2.5 times in the electron density is obtained in the presence of the magnetic field. The results also indicate that the EUV emission do not depend significantly on the effect of magnetic field.

    In the test of MEMS thermopile device,how to put thermopile devices under reasonable periodic infrared radiation incentive is one of the key steps if we want to get the accurate device parameter.As for the infrared incentive of the thermopile device in the development process of wafer level test system,it proposes a optical energy transmission method,different from the traditional test method of MEMS thermopile devices,this method has adopted the MEMS infrared illuminant JSIR450 to replace the traditional blackbody furnace as infrared radiation source and used the shutter to replace the optical chopper to realize periodic modulation of the infrared signal. We have validated that the method has good effect by experiments and proved that the blackbody emissivity of the MEMS infrared energy light source can meet the project requirements with integral method.

This paper introduces the design and implementation of the software and hardware of the wireless network node based on ZigBee protocol. Experiments show that the wireless sensor network can achieve a short distance communication network,meet people′s needs of the close communication,has a strong practical significance.

    With Canna indica ,Cyperus alternifolius and Brazilian milfoil as the test plants ,to simulate and study the tolerance of plants to Cu2+,different pH conditions on plant growth and enrichments of Cu2+. The results showed that three kinds of emergent plants have a strong tolerance for Cu2+ concentrations of 2、4 、6 mg/L. After 21 days test ,the Cu2+ enrichments of three kinds of plants were maximum in 6mg/L ,respectively were 208. 562 mg/kg (Canna indica),332. 453 mg/kg (Cyperus alternifolius) and 201. 373 mg/kg(Brazilian milfoil). The Cu2+ enrichments of Canna indica and Brazilian milfoil were maximum in water with pH = 5(234. 636 mg/kg and 168. 957 mg/kg),while Cyperus alternifolius was maximum at pH = 7(246. 652mg/kg),and the roots of Canna indica and Cyperus alternifolius on Cu2+ accumulation were far stronger than the stems and leaves,the transfer coefficient of Cyperus alternifolius was higher than Canna indica,thus Cyperus alternifolius is propitious to recover Cu2+.

    In this paper,aquaculture wastewater was treated with combinational constructed wetlands system. The treated effects of TP,TN,NH4+-N and NO2--N were explored. The experimental results indicated that removal efficiencies of TP,TN,NH4+-N and NO2--N were 82. 45%-99. 79%(mean value 92. 75%),74. 09%-84. 63%(mean value 79. 33%),35. 27%-99. 13%(mean value 67. 84%)and 53. 62%-75. 98%(mean value 63. 38%),respectively under the experimental conditions. It can be found that removal efficiency of TP was better than that of TN and the purification effect of severe eutrophic water was better than that of special eutrophic water.

    The wastewater treatment process was obtained by acid precipitation,electrolysis,Fenton oxidation and flocculation according to the characteristics of nitrobenzene wastewater. The experimental conditions of pH,electrode,flocculation,oxidation agent were optimized and the suitable process conditions were obtained through the monitoring of COD and the concentration of toluene,aniline,phenol,nitrobenzene, o - nitrotoluene, m - nitrotoluene and p - nitrotoluene.

    Based on a corrugated steel web cable-stayed bridge as an engineering background,solid finite element model and the truss model were established. Based on finite element analysis,the shearing lag effects were analyzed with the main construction stage and key cross section,through the analysis it was found that the shearing lag effect in the process of the main girder construction was obvious,the shearing lag coefficient of the anchorage cable area was the largest,and the shearing lag coefficient of the internal web was larger than that of the middle and the external web;Compared with the construction process,the shearing lag effect of bridge formation was not obvious and the baseplate was weaker than the roof. According to the characteristics of the girder shearing lag effect,we should consider the effect of this kind of shearing lag effect of girder fully,and the stress safety factor should be taken into consideration while designing this type of box girder with truss analysis program.

    The cluster bridge health monitoring has the characteristics of large amount of data,high degree of information display,high demand for system expansion. Under the premise of both economic and practicality ,an integrated design scheme is proposed. The system uses Visual Studio 2012 as developping tool,the C# coding for general layout,ArcGIS Desktop as tool for GIS module,highcharts for displaying module,SQL Server 2008 for data backstage management module. The system was applied in the bridge safety monitoring platform of Anhui Province,and it satisfied the demand of data access in real-time and functional ease use.
