    Effects of Different Disinfectant on Cowpea Seeds′ Sterilization Culture

    The effects of different seed disinfection methods on Longwen cultivar cowpea seeds were investigated. Optimum results were achieved by surface sterilizing the seeds with 0. 1% mercury bichloride solution for 8 minutes(contamination rate 11%,germination rate 77%). The contamination rate can be efficiently decreased by adding 300 mg/L cefotaxime sodium to the medium after surface sterilization(7%). This method does not affect the normal growth of plants,85% of plants reached the height of 3 cm after 10 days.

    To screen new peas cultivars which are suitable for Wuhan district,a field trial was conducted with nine introduced pea cultivars from abroad and three local cultivars as the control group. The author analyzed the data of field performance and nutrient ingredients, three cultivars with excellent comprehensive characters were selected into next regional test,two cultivars with special traits in growth habit and pod color were considered as useful germplasm resources.

    The entophyte bacteria(wjhb)was isolated from the cowpea flowers in cowpea planting base in Wuhan,which was the dominant strain in the cowpea florescence. The proper temperature range for the entophyte bacteria culture was 16~43 ℃ and the Gram staining result was negative. The biochemical experiment results showed the entophyte bacteria belonged to Acinetobacter sp. and the biochemical character was up to the Acinetobacter sp.. The 16SrDNA sequence PCR results showed the similarity of 16SrDNA sequence with Acinetobacter sp. reached 98%. The entophyte Acinetobacter sp.(wjhb)in this paper is an ideal candidate of the host for cowpea engineered bio-control bacteria.

    The application of cloud computing technology in the network technology has changed the operation of computer training teaching pattern. Considering on the situation of computer training course,this paper put forward the operation cloud computing technology to improve the current computer training platform,and developed the corresponding computer training teaching management platform. Based on tracking and managing the computer training process,the system had the functions of the courseware management,the sharing of resources,the automatic generation of papers,the on-line assessment and so on. With the test,it is found that the function of the system is stable and can meet the needs of the computer training teaching.

    In this study, aluminum hypophosphite(AlHP) flame retardant was synthesized with industrial by-products and sodium hypophosphite through one-step reaction. The structure and thermal behavior of the product were characterized by 1H-NMR,31P-NMR,FTIR,XRF,XRD and TGA. As a flame retardant being used in PBT,the limit oxygen index(LOI) of PBT with 20wt% filler loading improved from 16. 6% to 29. 2%,and the vertical burning test reached UL94 V-0 grade. Moreover,not only the heat release rate(HRR) of PBT decreased obviously with the adding of AlHP,but also the formation of a stable carbon layer had been promoted.

    Automotive motor is one of the electromagnetic interference(EMI)sources in automobile,it belongs to broadband interference source. Taking automotive air conditioner motor as example,the author studied the mechanism,testing method and suppressing measure of electromagnetic interference of automotive DC motor,also provided a electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) filter circuit,and the interference character of the circuit was tested and analyzed. The results showed the filter circuit can effectively suppress the differential mode interference and common mode interference of the automotive air conditioner motor,improve the filtering performance,make the conducted interference voltage and the radiated interference voltage satisfy the EN 55014-1∶2006+A1∶2009+A2∶2011 standard.

    The standard k -ε turbulence model was used to analyse the flow field character of oil and gas mixture mixed with coal particles(partical two-phase flow)in micro-oil burner,and the level set method (LSM)was used to simulate the trajectory of partical two-phase flow. The simulation results described the velocity distribution along X -axis of partical two-phase flow in firebox,as well as the concentration and track of coal particle,it provides theoretical basis for in-depth study of gasificating micro-oil ignition technology.

    Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of domperidone combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of acute simple gastritis in undergraduate students. Methods 360 cases of acute simple gastritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,180 patients in each group. The control group was given hydrotalcite,and the treatment group was treated with domperidone combined with hydrotalcite. The clinical symptoms、laboratory indicators and the clinical efficacy were observed.Results The total efficiency for patients in the control group was 85. 56% ,while for patients in the treatment group was 95.56%. The clinical total efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( χ2 =10. 523,P =0. 001). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of domperidone combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of acute simple gastritis is significantly higher than the single drug treatment group,and there was no adverse reaction,it is worth popularizing and using.

    Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)、dynamic hip screw(DHS)and locking compression plate(LCP)for treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly patients. Methods 122 patients included in the study with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with fracture fixation operation,43 cases with PFNA fixation ,32 cases with DHS fixation and 47 cases with LCP fixation. The operation time,intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complications,postoperative hip joint function were recorded through follow-up and clinical records statistics. Results PFNA group had less operative time and intraoperative blood loss compared with the other two groups (DHS、LCP),There were no significant differences on the healing time and hip function score in those groups. There were no complications in all the 122 patients. Conclusion PFNA has the characteristics of reasonable design and reliable fixation strength. It is the appropriate method of the treatment for femoral of intertrochanteric fracture,especially to those elderly with unstable osteoporosis intertrochanteric fractures for its advantages of less bleeding and minimally invasiveness.

    Objective To analyse the possibility of natural infected area of scrub-typhus in Enshi district,and explore the advantage of utilization of levofloxacin to scrub-typhus in the situation of strict control and deficiency of antibiotics. Methods Retrospectively reviewed the clinical data and treatment of two cases infected by scrub-typhus in the Xianfeng County People′s Hospital in Oct.,2014. Results The two cases were a couple,both had fever,rashes and typical eschar. They lived in mountainous area surrounded by many weeds and once worked in a vegetable garden. After one week of outbreak of disease,the antibody titers of the strain were OXk 1∶160,the couple was diagnosed as scrub-typhus infection and it was effective with levofloxacin. Conclusion Enshi district is not a natural infected area of scrub-typhus,but the adjacent Xiangxi Tujia Autonomous Prefecture is an important infected area of scrub-typhus,and the area has similar geography,climate and plants with Enshi district,so Enshi district maybe another infected area. It needs further epidemiological investigation to confirm the infected area attribute,and to know the distribution of Oriential tsutsugamushi in tick pests and rodents.

    In this experiment,one Saccharomyces cerevisiae was screened and identified from Muscat wine natural brewing broth with morphological method and molecular technology,which was named as Yeast1. Firstly,Yeast1 could tolerate 16%( v/v )ethanol. Moreover,after the fermentation of grape juice by Yeast1,the content of residual sugar,of ethanol,of volatile acid,of total ester and of total acid were 3. 627 011g/L、8. 5% 、0. 210 84g/L、1. 264 4g/L and 4. 160 3g/L,respectively. These results indicated that Yeast1 has better fermentation ability,and can initiate the fermentation immediately and produce a higher content of ethanol. At the same time,the residual sugar in Yeast1 fermentation broth fit the standard for dry wine production. Furthermore,there are 50 kinds of aroma compounds were detected by GC-MS in Yeast1 fermentation broth,of which,there are 18 kinds of alcohol compounds,13 kinds of ester compounds,7 kinds of aldehyde compounds and other 12 kinds of compounds like acids,ketene and ether,and so on. These results indicated that there are yeasts with good fermentation properties in muscat wine natural process in Changli district,which maybe produce better wines in quality and characteristic if they were used appropriately.
    Effect of Four Plant Hormone on Callus Induction and Flavonoid Formation in Perilla Frutescens Leaves

    In this study,with the leaves of Perilla frutescens were used as explant,effect of different concentrations of the hormone on inducing callus and formating flavonoid in Perilla frustescens leaves were studied by single factor and orthogonal test. It was found that the effect order of four kind of hormones to callus induction was 2,4-D>6-BA>NAA>KT and the order to flavonoid formation of callus was 2,4-D > 6-BA > KT > NAA,the optimum medium for callus induction was 6-BA 2. 0 mg/L + 2,4-D 0. 5 mg/L+KT 0. 6 mg/L+NAA 0. 8 mg/L by orthogonal design,under the optimum conditions,the highest indution rate was 83. 3 % after 25 days. Furthemore,the flavonoid formation of callus achieved at 3. 925 %,it is much higher than the natural Perilla frustescens leaves,the experimental results indicate the feasibility of flavonoid formation with tissue engineering.

    The flowering plant species, ornamental period, flower color and growth state were investigated on the spot of Jianghan University from April 2014 to April 2015. The investigation results reveal that there are about 97 kinds of flowering species,including 33 kinds of flowering arbors,35 kinds of flowering shrubs,one kind of vine,24 kinds of herb flowers and four kinds of water flowers. Most flowering species blossom in spring and summer. With combination of planting form and landscape design to analyse the landscape effect,and discuss the disadvantage of application of flowering plants,the suggestions were proposed on this basis.

    The author collected 12 seawater samples and the corresponding marine surface sediments samples from Maowei Sea. The heavy metals content such as Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Hg,As in seawater and surface sediments were determined. The index of single factor and geo-accumulation were used to assess heavy metals pollution. The results showed the average concentration of Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Hg,As were up to the second-class seawater quality standard and water puality standard for fisheries. But the average concentration of Cu,Pb,Zn,Hg were higher than the first-class seawater quality standard and Cu,Pb,Zn,Hg have exceeded the standard. The average pollution level of heavy metals were lower than 1 from the surface sediments,but the heavy metal Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,As have exceeded the standard. The geoaccumulation index of Pb,Zn,As were smaller,and the geo-accumulation Index of Cu,Cd,Hg were larger. Pollution sites were found nearby Qin River and Tai Lam River estuary.

    Soil samples were collected from 15 farmlands of the Xiaogan suburb. Soil layers were divided into 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm layers to determine pH value,alkali solution nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,effective potassium content effectively,and to analyze the fertility conditions of soil of two layers. The results showed that pH value of the Xiaogan suburb farmland surface soil was slight acidic to acidic;Alkali solution nitrogen content was 41. 28-63. 89 mg/kg which was in the medium level;Total phosphorus of surface soil was as high as 620.48-1 164. 68 mg/kg,available phosphorus content of dry farmland was 73. 84- 181. 42 mg/kg,and it could meet the demand of plant growth,available phosphorus content of paddy farmland was 22. 94-48. 61 mg/kg,partial paddy farmland existed phosphorus deficiency;Effective potassium content was only 11. 56-40. 59 mg/kg which was in a low level. The pH value,alkali solution nitrogen,and effective potassium content of two kinds of soil layers had significant difference. Available phosphorus content of surface soil of different planting patterns were significantly higher than those of the subsurface soil,but the available phosphorus content of dry farmland soil ranged as high as 2.1,which was far more than paddy field′s available phosphorus content ratio 1. 2 between the layers. Total phosphorus content of dry filed surface soil was significantly higher than that of the subsurface soil,and the total phosphorus content of surface soil in the paddy field was significantly lower than that of the subsurface soil.
