Abstract: Breast cancer is becoming a public health problem. Substantial progress has been made in the treatment of breast cancer，but in recent years，the increased risk of women and the difficulty of treatment illustrate the present risk assessment methods are not applicable. Therefore，the introduction of new approaches for risk prediction，and for treatment have become the trend. This paper reviewed the risk prediction model，the risk assessment，and the treatment of breast cancer.
