Researching Development of Nano-structured Scaffolds inTissue Engineering

Abstract

Abstract: Nano-fibrous scaffold technology is a newly－emerging technology for forming biological substitutes of impaired tissue in tissue engineering. Nano－structured scaffolds can simulate the nature extracellular matrix to be three－dimensional scaffolds that support cell adhesion, proli- feration and differentiation. The paper focuses on the structure features, fabrication technology and biological effects of nano－fibrous scaffolds.
