Researching Development of Nano-structured Scaffolds inTissue Engineering

Abstract: Nano-fibrous scaffold technology is a newly-emerging technology for forming biological substitutes of impaired tissue in tissue engineering. Nano-structured scaffolds can simulate the nature extracellular matrix to be three-dimensional scaffolds that support cell adhesion, proli- feration and differentiation. The paper focuses on the structure features, fabrication technology and biological effects of nano-fibrous scaffolds.
