Abstract: Teacher evaluation is an important part of teaching process. Fair and objective teacher evaluation is an important precondition to elevate teachers′ teaching level, improve teaching and raise teaching quality. The teacher evaluation system based on ASP.NET, described in the dissertation, uses C＃ as programming language to establish teacher evaluation system. The system can evaluate teachers anytime, anywhere with the purpose of developing and promoting teaching.
