ZnO 量子点-聚酰亚胺薄膜的制备、表征及性能研究

Preparation,Characterization and Properties of ZnO Quantum Dots-polyimide Membrane

摘要: 通过3,3′,4,4′-联苯四甲酸二酐(BPDA)与对苯二胺(PPD)合成聚酰胺酸(PAA)溶液。再采用溶液混合法,将ZnO 与聚酰胺酸混合,在马弗炉中进行梯度升温得到ZnO-聚酰亚胺(PI)复合膜。通过扫面电镜(SEM)、紫外分光光度计(UV-Vis)、热重分析仪(TG)、X-射线衍射分析(XRD)等对复合膜的表面结构、透光性、热稳定性、晶体结构等进行了表征。研究了纳米ZnO-PI 膜与量子点ZnO-PI 膜对甲基橙吸附性能,结果表明,在4 mg/L的甲基橙溶液中,纳米ZnO-PI膜与量子点ZnO-PI膜均具有一定的吸附性能。

Abstract: In this paper,polyamide acid(PAA)solution was synthesized by 3,3′,4,4′,- bipheny ltetracarboxylic dianhydride(BPDA)and P-phenylenediamine(PPD). ZnO and polyamic acid were mixed by solution mixing method. Then ZnO-polyimide(PI) membrane was obtained by gradient heating in muffle furnace. The surface structure,transmittance,thermal stability and crystal structure of the composite membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),ultraviolet spectrophotometer(UV-Vis),thermogravimetric analyzer(TG)and X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD). The adsorption properties of nano ZnO-PI and quantum dot ZnO-PI membrane on methyl orange were studied. The results showed that in the 4 mg/L methyl orange solution,the nano ZnO-PI membrane and the quantum dot ZnO-PI membrane had certain adsorption properties.
