摘要: 氟化硼二吡咯(BODIPY)是一类性能优良的荧光染料,因其具有较高的荧光量子产率和高的摩尔吸光系数、光稳定性及对pH 不敏感等特征,在过去的20 年内得到广泛的研究。介绍了BODIPY 的起源、结构和基本荧光性能,主要通过检测机制的分析综述了近4 年来BODIPY 类荧光探针在一些阳离子检测、阴离子检测、苯硫酚检测以及各类蛋白质检测中的应用研究进展。

Abstract: BODIPY is one of the excellent fluorescent dyes and has been widely used in the past twenty years due to its outstanding optical features such as narrow emission peak,relatively high fluorescence quantum yield,high molar absorption coefficient,photo stability,and insensitivity to pH. In this paper,the origin,structure and basic fluorescence properties of BODIPY have been introduced. The progress in the application of fluorescent probes based on BODIPY in the detection of several cations,anions,benzyl thiol and various proteins in the last four years were reviewed through the mechanism analysis.
