咪唑型含磷聚酰亚胺的制备与性能研究

摘要: 以双(4-氨基苯基)-9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-磷酰基乙烷(ADOPPE)和2-(3-氨基苯基)-5-氨基苯并咪唑(i-DAPBI)为二胺原料,按一定物质的量比与4,4′-(六氟异丙烯)二酞酸酐(6-FDA)、3,3′,4,4′-联苯四羧酸二酐(BPDA)、3,3′,4,4′-二苯甲酮四甲酸二酐(BTDA)等3 种不同二酐缩聚,成功得到几个不 同系列的咪唑型含磷聚酰胺酸(PAAs),然后经热亚胺化制得对应的咪唑型含磷聚酰亚胺。通过FTIR 对咪唑型含磷聚酰亚胺进行了结构表征;采用DSC、TGA 和UV-Vis,溶解性测试、力学性能测试等分析数据比较了其综合性能。结果表明,合成的咪唑型含磷聚酰亚胺薄膜基本都具有优异的热性能、较高的透光性以及较好的力学性能。PI-a系列能很好地溶解在有机溶剂中。

Abstract: Bis(4-aminophenyl)-9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-phosphoryl ethane(ADOPPE)and 2-(3-amino phenyl)-5-amino benzene imidazole(i-DAPBI)as the diamine starting materials,were introduced into the dianhydride 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride(6FDA),3,3′ ,4,4′- biphenyltetracarboxylic di- anhydride (BPDA),3,3′ ,4,4′- benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA)with various ratios of amount of substance via twostep polycondensation to obtain several different series of polyamic acids (PAAs), and the corresponding phosphorous- containing polyimides with imidazole(PI) were prepared by thermally imidization. The structure of polyimides was characterized with FTIR. The comprehensive performances were compared with DSC,TGA,UV-Vis,solubility test and mechanical property test. The results showed that the synthesized PI films had excellent thermal properties,high light transmittance and good mechanical properties,and the PI-a series could be dissolved in organic solvents well.
