氢等离子体处理对ZnO纳米棒光学性能的影响

Effects of Hydrogen-Plasma Treatment on Optical Properties of ZnO Nanorods

摘要: 用水热法在石英玻璃衬底上制备出ZnO纳米棒,并对其进行氢等离子体处理。用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、紫外-可见分光光度计和光致发光光谱仪对氢等离子体处理前后ZnO纳米棒的形貌、结构和光学性能进行了表征。结果表明,氢等离子体处理未对ZnO纳米棒的形貌和晶体结构产生影响,但随着氢等离子体处理时间的增加,ZnO纳米棒的光吸收带边发生蓝移,同时其近带边紫外发光峰逐渐增强,可见发光峰逐渐减弱。

Abstract: ZnO nanorods synthesized with hydrothermal method were treated with hydrogen- plasma.Their morphologies,structures and optical properties were investigated by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,UV-Vis spectrophotometer and photoluminescence. The results showed that hydrogen-plasma treatment had no affect on the morphologies and structures of ZnO nanorods. It was found that with the increase of the treatment time,the absorption edge of the ZnO nanorods shifted to shorter wavelength,the intensity of near-band edge ultraviolet emission peak increased,and that of the visible emission decreased.
