According to the investigation about initial payment distribution of Hubei Enterprises’ workers, the mechanism about increasing in the same pace between the workers’ payment raise and the raise in economic effectiveness in the Hubei enterprises has not been established. The general payment level is still very low. The income gaps among the enterprises are very wide. The workers payment raising rate of some enterprises is very slow. And there still exists the phenomenon of arrears of payment. In order to improve the present state, the government’s controlling function and the function of trade union should be reinforced and the normal payment raise and payoff guarantee mechanism of the enterprises’ workers should be improved and perfected so as to make the workers enjoy the achievement of the development of the enterprises.

Traditionally, the trademark law is seldom used in protecting artistic works. The legislature and practice of some respective countries show that to put reverse passing off and anti-dilution theory used in protecting artistic works is another remedy for the obligees outside the copyright law, but to protect artistic works by using the trademark law faces some dilemma as witness standard.

To hold commodity exhibitions and various kinds of commodity contests (i.e.early form of fairs) was one of the economical measures taken by Zhang Zhi-dong when governing Hubei Province at the beginning of the last century, and was also an important part of the Hubei New Policy. By the rough draft of Zhang Zhi-dong and the beginning of early fairs in Hubei and its profound influence on the later development, Zhang Zhi-dong had initiated commodity contests in Hubei and Hunan, even in the whole China by his practical achievements about commodity exhibitions and expositions. The fact that in the Late Qing Dynasty, Hubei was once the first, comparing with other provinces in economic development, and had many innovations in the early exhibition industry was attributed to Zhang Zhi-dong's “foreknowledge” and the “brightness”.

University Anthem is a symbol which perfectly reflects the philosophy running a university, and the spiritual pursuit, and it is also an important carrier of the campus culture. The symbolic lyrics and notes compact the concept of the university and demonstrate its characteristics and historical accumulations. Universities during the period of the Republic of China all paid much attention to composing the anthems, and their pursuit about the philosophy in running the universities could be examined from their anthems directly. The university anthems at the time reflected the pursuit from the aspects like inheriting Confucian culture, upholding traditional spirit, advocating ideological freedom, pursuing scientific truth, awaking students' social responsibility, and stimulating national awareness and exhibited animation of the universities. The university anthems of that time have also provided a good reference for the current university anthem composing and the pursuit of university philosophy.
