Abstract: The work of the university counselors is vital in what kind of university students are cultivated for the country and how to cultivate them. At the same time it is also connected with the university reform, development and stability, which is a project concerning all the people in the country. The construction of professional system and mechanism can be completed by formulating vocational qualification standards. The basic demand for the professionalism is to bear the mission in mind, to act as a performer, to be dutiful, to be a contributor, to be grateful, to be a happy man, always to be emotional and to be a pursuer.
