On the Application of Reverse Passing off and
Anti-dilution Theory in Protecting Artistic Works

Abstract: Traditionally, the trademark law is seldom used in protecting artistic works. The legislature and practice of some respective countries show that to put reverse passing off and anti-dilution theory used in protecting artistic works is another remedy for the obligees outside the copyright law, but to protect artistic works by using the trademark law faces some dilemma as witness standard.
