The development goal of urbanization is to realize the population’s citizenry style. Townspeople transforming from Villagers in“city village”are in urgent need of assistance and support to be better involved in the city and to realize citizen. Material capital is only the means to improve the feasibility competence which is necessary for their citizen target，while sociality and freedom of this group is the real goal orientation. Both the top design and the basic innovation must keep a foothold in improving the feasibility competence of towns? people transforming from villagers in“city village”，with full consideration to their role transition and sustain? able development which embodies their personification of subject position but beyond the economic compensation，to make use of the resources advantage to establish venture governance mechanism with multiple subjects’support，to realize their self-identity and social identity of city personality and character，to integrate basic society to reconstruct their social capital，which is beneficial to their transformation of identity and role .

In rural family planning，grassroots governments bear the bottom line of dual responsibilities of birth control and social order，while farmers’growth bottom line is unbreakable. Grassroots government’s bottom line logic is rooted in the unilateral liability model built by pressurized system. Farmers’growth bottom line is rooted in rural social economic and cultural environment. There is a strong tension between the three bottom lines. Farmers evade ligation to stick to their bottom line and through the compromise strategy of gender selection to soften the regulatory pressure from the state. Grassroots governments and village representatives also follow the bottom line of farmers in the family planning work to relieve the tension between birth control and social order. Through the interaction between grassroots governments，village cadres and farmers，the bottom line logic of social governance is formed. Since all subjects follow the bottom line logic，rural family planning has achieved good results：the fertility national policy goals are achieved，the social order were not challenged by family planning，farmers’bottom line growth is maintained. Through the case of rural family planning，we can find out that all the subjects of social governance must stick to the bottom line logic，or the harmonious order can not be formed.

since entering the new century，the poverty alleviation work taking village as the basic unit has been closely related to the rural governance. The poverty alleviation analysis of the micro level of the village has not only focused on the contents and mechanisms of poverty alleviation work，but also on the changes of rural society. In a village，the social relationship structure，power structure，social differentiation and information transmission，elite capture，the self—interest needs of village cadres and lack of collective action have become important reasons of poverty alleviation work target deviation. Poverty alleviation project target deviation will result in the poverty alleviation work involution，and poverty alleviation involution not only affects the public welfare and legitimacy of poverty alleviation projects，but also leads to the decrease of the poor’s confidence to the government，the more likely will lead to the growing gap between the rich and the poor and reproduce of social inequality structure. To reverse this situation，we need not only to change the macro structure of the work，to eliminate the threshold and the system not conducive to the poor，but also to pay more attention to the interaction between the poor alleviation and the local community，to the characteristics of the local community，to the objective reality of the differentiation of farmers，and to the psychological vulnerability of the poor，and to the cultivation of collective action.

The implementation of the college student village official program has not only effectively broken the bottleneck of the lack of talent，but also promoted the further development of the new rural construction，and helped to relieve the employment pressure of colleges and universities，but it has also created new problems. This paper assumes that training mechanism，assessment mechanism and incentive mechanism have significant positive effect on training effect of university student village official，and carries out an empirical study taking the current and original university student village official of Heilongjiang Province as respondents. Finally，this paper constructs the structural equation model taking three kinds of training mechanism as arguments and training effect of university student village official as the dependent variable，tests hypothesis using the questionnaire survey data and analyzes various indicators of related variables. The results show that training mechanism，assessment mechanism and incentive mechanism have significant positive effect on training effect of university student village official. Based on the results of theoretical research and empirical analysis，this paper proposes the training mechanism taking rural development as guiding， the scientific assessment mechanism and the incentive mechanism combing survival with development.

Ma Yongbo’s poems are involved in the process of the post-modernization of the modern poetry，and also have practised the turn from“narration”to“telling”. His poems，with a kind of“objective”appear，often have a huge emotional power in latent behind the objective description，and make dual narrative of explicit and implicit between the real and surreal，thus practice his poetry ideal of pseudo narrative. Through double deviation of the style and emotion，the real and surreal，that highlights the subjectivity of the poet in the aspect of the recessive. In aspect of poem creation，the poet pursues the alienation effect. In form of the phenomenological reduction and fantastic cacophony，he keeps trying to make readers perceive the real truth. His poems focus on scene conversion，with a large amount of dialogue into the text，and even some narrative show the function of novel. At the same time，the poet is good at putting possibilities in the narrative，to make a kind of polyphony with language and scenario，thus to get the unique alienation effect. While in attempt to restore nature of poetic language，Ma Yongbo has completed the slipping down of poetic language and realized the disintegration of contemporary poetry language violence in the largest extent.

With the deepening of regional cooperation，the regional market integration becomes a trend in the future，but how the regional market integration affects the income inequality is still not very clear. Taking the three provinces in the middle reach of Yangtze River as an example，we use fixed effect panel method and panel quantile regression method to investigate the effects of regional market integration，labor mobility on income inequality. Fixed effect panel estimation results show that the regional market integration，labor mobility is helpful to reduce the income gap. By promoting permanent labor inflow， regional market integration reduces income gap， while temporary labor inflow does not significantly improve income inequality. Panel quantile regression model can reflect the relationship between variables，and the results show that regional market integration，labor mobility may reduce income inequality where income inequality is more obvious. Robustness test shows that previous results are reliable and steady. So，deepening regional market integration， eliminating the administrative and institutional barriers， reforming the household registration system，et al ，to promote permanent inflow of the labor force，it will help to reduce income inequality. On the other hand，the government should take differentiation policies in different areas，actively participate in market integration and eliminating of the institutional barriers which hinder the labor mobility to ameliorate income inequality.

Zhu Xi’s thoughts were great achievements of Confucian in the Song dynasty. He had incisive and unique insights about education of ancient China. Zhu Xi thought that the original edification in one’s life was the most important. Primary training should develop good habit，right attitude，correct idea and nice character. Though the contents of The Children’s Education only were details and rules in daily life，they were the great sources of life in morality and career. The book named The Children’s Education which Zhu Xi compiled included three parts，the first was how to educate，the second was how to deal with interpersonal relationships and the third was how to remind oneself of reverence. After this book， the contents of The Children’s Education gradually formed a standardized system. The rules and formality in The Children’s Education were the foundation of the Youth Education which improving one’s heart and mind.The Children’s Education was about physical things and the Youth Education was about the metaphysical truth，they are in line. This book had a very high cultural connotation，so it was very popular and had a great influence. It was nearly eight hundred years from Zhu Xi’s time to Qing dynasty and Chinese primary training had always been in developing in Zhu Xi’s thoughts orbit continuance.
