Applying western theory to research problems in China is helpful to strengthen the Chinese and foreign academic exchanges and to solve practical problems. But because of geographical，cultural and traditional differences，localization of foreign theory is the important premise. At present，in the context of that domestic mass incidents occur frequently，Lewis Coser’s social conflict theory must be analyzed when being introduced into China’s practice. It is necessary to recognize the positive features: excessive assumptions，overmuch emphasis on the power，non-perfect of the theoretical system and some propositions beneath less biased. The multi-dimensional analysis of the causes of conflict，the dipartition of conflict types，the alerts of breakthrough conflict’s bottom line are very important and helpful. The mass incidents have dual function of positive and negative，such as avoiding social conflicts，smoothing channels for expressing public opinion，promoting social system change and producing social security cases，forming negative demonstration effect，cumulating negative social psychology. So，we must remove the negative function of social conflicts and strengthen the positive guidance in promoting institutional management，grasping the focus of conflict and taking all types of measure.

Medical insurance system is an important part of Chinese social insurance system，related to the vital interests of each citizen. In recent years，Chinese has established and gradually improved three medical insurance systems：the basic medical insurance for urban employees，basic medical insurance for urban residents and the new rural cooperative medical care，which have effectively alleviate the problem of that medical difficult，expensive，reduced patient burden of medical expenses，succeeded to ease the growing tension between doctors and patients conflicts and to promote the social stability and social harmony. The current Chinese basic medical insurance system is with territorial management. The Off-Site medical has become more and more popular，while the medical expenses increasing year by year. The Off-Site medical needs and territorial management policy are inconsistent and give rise to problem of that difficult to reimburse the Off-Site medical expenses. Learn from the advanced idea and practice of Off-Site medical in European Union，we may put forward several policy thinking to optimize the Chinese Off-Site medical policies .

The prevailing interpretation to Niu Han’s poem Mourning for a Maple ，not only contrary to the author's poetic idea，but also difficult to tell clearly the meaning and value of the poem. Placing NIU Han’s mourning behavior in hostile relationship structure of modern people and nature，by text close reading，we can uncover the modern connotation of the poem. As the object，nature and maple actually wake the poet with a special way of death，raise him from a single controllable subject to a free vivid life. Government and market are the two kinds of resource allocation. In the history of world economic development，the resource allocation leading roles of government and market are regular alternating in the developed countries，such as England，America，German and Japan，which have successfully transited from traditional agricultural economy to modern industrial economy. In early modernization，government plays the leading role of resource allocation. With the market mechanism increasingly stronger，the role of government is weakening while the role of market is just the opposite. The success of“East Asian model”and failure of “Latin American model”not depend on the lack of governmentintervention in East Asian economies，but on the more effective intervention than in the Latin America. Economic history spanning five hundred years shows that the industrial division caused by market liberalization that advocated by developed countries may make developing countries more attached to the developed countries，which keeps the developing countries in the bottom of value chain of industry. The secret of the latecomer countries to surpass the advanced developed countries is that an active government. To directly engage in high quality economic activities with increasing returns，it is the shortcut of latecomer countries to surpass the advanced developed countries.

This paper introduces both ratio of non-interest income to operating income and diversification index to study the impact of non-interest income on city commercial banks’performance. Based on a panel data of 23 large-sized city commercial banks in China from 2008 to 2013，we investigate effects of the non-interest income on bank performance by using panel data model empirical methods. The results show that the proportion of non-interest income and diversification is benefit to improve city commercial banks’performance.Large-sized city commercial banks may reduce the dependence of profitability on the interest by developing intermediary business. Policy recommendations of diversification are proposed on the basis of rapid development of capital market and the development trend of bank’s intermediary business. Large-sized city commercial banks should focus on strengthening newly developing and high value-added intermediary business to broaden source of intermediary business income and optimize income structure. At the same time，large-sized city commercial banks should promote information technology and strengthen talent support to keep sustainable development of intermediary business.

With the weakening of the relationship between employees and enterprises，the employment stability of new recruits becomes the focus. Employment stability is analyzed mainly through turnover intention and there are many influencing factors of turnover intention，while career maturity is an important indicator to study turnover intention of new recruits. With the survey data，this paper analyzes the turnover intention based on paths analysis. The results shows：among the eight significant paths，organizational commitment，job satisfaction and professional ability affect turnover intention directly. The other five paths affect turnover intention indirectly while through job satisfaction or organizational commitment. Finally，according to the empirical conclusions，from three level of career goal，professional ability，professional value，we may present some specific recommendations to reduce turnover intention.

This paper focused on the class basis and group identity of the partisans in late Han dynasty. It is a false conclusion that noble clans brought out the partisans’comments，since noble clans had not an observable increase in emperor An and emperor Shun. The real reason of partisans’comments was the strong group identity，which was formed in the concrete relations，such as teacher and students，upper and lower officials，and was strengthened in some assembling. The group identity was showed and strengthened by person comments，which brought out a high tide to partisan comments and led to a forbidden and disaster to partisans.
