Ecological culture is formed on the basis of critical reflection on the modern cultural conception, and is a dialectical development of the ancient, modern and contemporary cultures as well. Taking the theory of self-organizational evolution as the core, the present article deals with the concrete connotation of ecological cultural world outlook. Having inherited and developed the reasonable factors of the ancient, modern and contemporary cultures, the ecological cultural value orientation combines the integral value orientation with that of the principal part. Such is manifested in the three aspects of humans and nature, humans and society, and humans and their own coordinative self-development.

Placards have become a part of contemporary social life.It maintain close ties with the people’s life. Translating the placards from Chinese into English not only influences real communication, but also involves country’s image. To examine the cause of flaws in English translations of Chinese placards, it’s not only a problem of technique scope, but also a problem of basic language and attitude. “Liability reason” is a core concept hidden in Weber’s proposition. It is the behavioural outcome of man’s independent cognizance of self, and a moral practice ability to bear the responsibility of his own doing; it is a reason of moral practice that can turn duty into faith with passion and desire as its motive force and with the guarantee of the judgement out of reasonable consideration; and it is a modern ethics in which the ethics of liability and that of faith combine with each other, the reason of instrument and that of value support mutually, and reason and affection demonstrate affinity for each other.
