Perception about Impulse of the Marketing Discursion in the State Discursion ——a Macroscopical Ponder over the Management Policy about the New Media of Network of our Country

Abstract: New media is a product adopting new technology in the media business. The new media of network is one typical representative of the main stream media. The development of the new media of network makes people able to obtain information easily. It is with characteristics of easy spreading in the aspects as interactivity, initiative, individuation and mobility. But it is also with many problems as poor credibility, spreading unchecked of unhealthy information and etc. Thus, the management of internet also becomes the common problems of the world. The issue and implement of various responding policy and rules lagging behind the progress of technology pose new challenge to the management of the network and the control from the government.
