Abstract: “YOU” is one of the core concepts of the philosophy of life in the Book Huai Nan Zi, although inherited Chuang Tzu, but its ideological purport has been changed, highlighting the aristocratic political pursuit and the ideal life. like “ZHEN REN”, the life subject of ideal of “YOU” in Huai Nan Zi, shows a ideological tendency of the life and political integration, where the life philosophy in Huai Nan Zi advanced from Chuang Tzu. “YOU ” in the Book Huai Nan Zi has a strong god meaning, which highlights the life faith of the Taoist more than Chuang Tzu.
