    A Novel Triphenylamine-thiophene Dyad Fluorescent Probe for Cyanide Detection in Living Algae Cells

    Cyanide(CN?)is one of the most well-known toxic anions,some edible algae can release cyanide or absorb cyanide from their living environments,which may cause harm to human health. Therefore,we designed and synthesized a novel fluorescent probe TI for CN? detection in living algae cells. Probe TI was constructed by triphenylamine- thiophene moiety and indolium moiety and exhibited remarkable blue fluorescence at 473 nm upon treatment with cyanide due to the nucleophilic attack of CN? on the C=N bond. Moreover,probe TI demonstrated excellent selectivity and sensitivity (LOD 95. 7 nmol/L),and a fast responsive time for cyanide detection in an aqueous solution. Most importantly,probe TI could be applied for real- time detection of CN? in living algae cells and edible algae.

    Low- temperature stress has become one of the main agrometeorological disasters limiting stable yield,high yield,and high quality of wheat worldwide. To objectively and comprehensively understand the research status and development trend in the field of globalwheat low- temperature stress,based on the relevant documents with ″ wheat″ and ″ low temperature″ as the research theme published in the core database of Web of Science from 2000 to 2020,this paper used CiteSpace visual analysis software to retrieve 475 documents closely related to the theme,analyzed statistically in the respects of document number,countries,author,research institution,research hotspot,etc. The results demonstrate that the annual number of documents issued in the field of wheat low- temperature stress has shown a fluctuating upward trend since 2000;large agricultural countries represented by China,the United States,and Canada are committed to research in this field;Skinner,an American scholar,is the author with the largest number of publications in this field,and Li Xiangnan and Fowler were closely cooperating with other scholars;literature in this field is mostly published in high-quality journals such as Molecular Genetics and Genomics and Annual Review of Plant Biology;the Russian Academy of Sciences is the scientific research institution with the largest number of papers in this field;the cultivation of new wheat varieties with low-temperature tolerance,the study of cold-resistant molecular biology,and the improvement of wheat yield and quality have become the research hotspots in this field.
    Effects of Low-temperature on Wheat Grain Setting Characterisics and the Mitigation Effect of Top-dressing Nitrogen Fertilizer at the Jointing Stage

    To clarify the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on the number of filled grains and grain weight of low- temperature wheat at the jointing stage,a pot experiment was carried out with wheat variety HC3366 as the material. Low- temperature stress treatments for 5 days(LT-T1) and 10 days (LT-T2) were carried out at the jointing stage,with natural temperature as control(CK-LT),and nitrogen fertilizer(LT-N)was applied on the end of low- temperature stress(LT-N). The spike traits,spikelet development,and floret development of potted wheat were compared and analyzed. The results showed that compared with CK-LT,with the extension of low- temperature time,the decrease of spike number,grain number per spike,grain weight,total spikelet number,and total floret number under LT treatment gradually increased;the number of top-fruiting florets,basefruiting florets, strong-fruiting florets, and weak-fruiting florets all decreased significantly,and among them,the number of base-fruiting florets and weak-fruiting florets decreased the most. Compared with LT,with the extension of low- temperature time,the increase of grain number per spike,spike number,grain weight,total spikelet number,and total floret number under LT-N treatment gradually increased;the number of top-fruiting florets, base-fruiting florets, strong-fruiting florets, and weak-fruiting florets all increased,and among them,the number of base-fruiting florets and weakfruiting florets increased the most. In summary,low temperature at the jointing stage mainly reduced the number of base-fruiting florets and weak-fruiting florets,reduced the seed setting rate of florets,and then reduced the number of grains per spike and the weight of weak grains. Top-dressing nitrogen fertilizer after low- temperature mainly increased the number of base-fruiting florets and weak-fruiting florets,increased the seed setting rate of base-fruiting florets and weak-fruiting florets,and increased the contribution rate of base-fruiting florets and weak-fruiting florets to grain number per spike, thereby increasing grain number per spike and weak grain weight,and reducing yield loss caused by low- temperature stress.

    This paper studied the bounds of the tail probability of the sum of independent random variables with different negative binomial distributions. Firstly,under the condition of independent random variables with different negative binomial distributions,we used the probability generation function of the negative binomial distribution and Markov inequality to obtain tail probability bounds on the sum of random variables,which was improved to obtain a more accurate bound. Secondly,we obtained some bounds for the tail probability of the sum of negative dependent random variables by adding dependence relations under the condition of obeying the negative binomial distribution.

    To accurately identify the fault data of wire rope defects and eliminate the noise in the measured signal,this paper used a combined noise reduction model based on the Bayesian optimization-wavelet transform-variational moda decomposition (BO-WTVMD)for noise reduction. Firstly,the wavelet transform(WT)was used to process the original signal. Then,the variational mode decomposition(VMD)was used for the modal decomposition of the signal processed by the wavelet transform. The correlation coefficient between the decomposed mode and the original signal was calculated to complete the signal mode selection and reconstruction. Finally,the Bayesian optimization(BO)algorithm was used to search for parameters K and the value α in the VMD algorithm,avoiding the impact of sequence decomposition and prediction accuracy,in order to find the optimal hyperparameter combination. Furthermore,in simulation trials and real data,the SNR and RMSE of the BO-WT-VMD,WT,and VDM algorithms are calculated respectively,which were(17. 340 3,0. 101 0),(15. 617 0,0. 123 2),(15. 649 2,0. 122 7),indicating that the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively eliminate signal noise.
    Evaluation of Safety and Efficacy of Oxaliplatin Combined with Hy⁃perthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy in Early Application After Radical Resection of Advanced Gastric Cancer

    Objective We took peritoneal recurrence and metastasis at 1 and 3 years after operation and perioperative complications as the main endpoint,and distant metastasis at 1 and 3 years after operation as the secondary endpoint,to explore the safety and clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy(HIPEC)in the early application after radical surgery for locally advanced gastric cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 100 patients with locally advanced gastric cancer who underwent radical surgery in Affiliated Hospital of Jianghan University,from January 2018 to January 2020. Among them, 55 patients were treated with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy at the early stage after radical surgery for gastric cancer,which was defined as the observation group. At the same time,the peritoneal lavage fluid of the patients before and after the thermal perfusion chemotherapy was collected,and exfoliative cytology was performed. 45 cases who only underwent radical resection of gastric cancer were defined as the control group. All patients were treated with 6 - 8 cycles of systemic chemotherapy according to the tegio + oxaliplatin regimen.ResultsThe difference in general clinical data(gender,age,T stage,tumor site,lymph node metastasis)of the two groups of gastric cancer patients was no statistically significant,and the data were comparable. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in postoperative serious complications during the perioperative period(P > 0. 05),but there was statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions of bone marrow suppression between the two groups(P < 0. 05). HIPEC treatment would increase bone marrow suppression. A total of 11 patients in the hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy group had cancer cells detected by exfoliative cytology before the operation,and the positive rate of exfoliative cells was 20% (11/55). No cancer cells were detected by exfoliative cytology after hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy. The difference in distant recurrence and metastasis between the two groups at 1 and 3 years after operation was not statistically significant(P > 0. 05),but the peritoneal recurrence and metastasis in the hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy group at 1 and 3 years after operation was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0. 05).Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy can significantly reduce the rate of peritoneal recurrence and metastasis in patients with gastric cancer at 1 and 3 years after operation without increasing postoperative complications in the perioperative period. It can be used as an important adjuvant treatment for patients with gastric cancer and improve the prognosis of patients.

    Objective To explore the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment method,and prognosis of paraganglioma(PGL). Methods By analyzing the clinical data of a patient with PGL,the domestic and foreign literature on the diagnosis and treatment of PGL and prognosis was referred for further summary. Results This patient perfect the relevant examination after admission,and retroperitoneal tumor resection after perfect preoperative preparation. The postoperative diagnosis was PGL. After postoperative recovery,the patient was discharged and followed up. Conclusion PGL is a clinically rare neuroendocrine tumor with malignant potential,can occur in many parts of the body,and clinical manifestations lack specificity,which brings some difficulties to clinical diagnosis and treatment. Surgical resection is still the main treatment for PGL,but there is a possibility of recurrence and metastasis,and the size of the tumor is closely related to prognosis.

    Neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome (nARDS) is one of the serious diseases in the neonatal period,which seriously harms the health of newborns. The main treatment methods include ventilator-assisted ventilation,PS replacement,anti-infection and nutritional support,etc. The alternative treatment of PS is one of the unique treatment methods of nARDS,and the use of PS can significantly improve hypoxemia and respiratory distress in neonates.     The shortage of systematic and complete highway sample datasets makes it difficult for the traditional deep learning paradigm to meet the application requirements.Therefore,to address this problem,this paper proposed a two-stage scene recognition framework under small-sample conditions,with easily accessible remote sensing data for training tests,and then finally applied to highway scenes. The small-sample learning started with obtaining a priori knowledge from a large-scale base class dataset,learning the base model,and then generalizing the model to new classes that did not appear in the training process or had few training samples. In the first stage of the framework,we introduced a multi- task model to learn the intrinsic features across semantic classes from two auxiliary tasks,and then in the second stage,we implemented joint prediction of labeled and unlabeled data based on label propagation. Extensive experiments showed that the scene recognition method proposed in this article achieved a classification accuracy of 80. 58%,which was an improvement of 13. 24% and 10. 69% compared to SIB and CAN+T,respectively. It performed excellently in the test dataset with a classification accuracy of 69. 37%. This method can be used for scene recognition and intelligent warning tasks for engineering vehicle driving safety in various highway construction projects.

    To study the distribution characteristics of the internal flow field of the drying oven in the process of hot air drying feed,FLUENT software was used to analyze the uniformity of the internal flow field of the feed drying oven by taking the air inlet and outlet mode of the drying oven,the air inlet velocity and the thickness of the feed layer as variables,and the turbulence uniformity and wind speed uniformity of the drying oven as the object. The influence of different factors on the internal flow field distribution of the feed drying oven was studied. The results showed that the opposite side wind energy significantly reduced the turbulence intensity and improved the turbulence uniformity. When the wind speed was constant,the uniformity of wind speed on the upper surface of the feed layer was proportional to the thickness of the feed layer,and the uniformity of wind speed on the lower surface was inversely proportional to the thickness of the feed layer. When the thickness of the feed layer was constant,the uniformity of the wind speed on the surface of the feed layer was inversely proportional to the wind speed at the inlet. This study provides theoretical guidance for improving the uniformity of the flow field in the drying oven.
