    Analysis of Productive and Ecological Effectiveness of Planting Peas and Broad Beans in Winter Idle Field

    Planting peas and broad beans overwinter can add green and reduce carbon dioxide,their fresh pods harvested in the following spring can supply products in the offseason vegetable market,their roots can fix free nitrogen,and their straw returned to the field can improve soil fertility,which has both productive and ecological effectiveness. In this study,the four cultivars of these crops were planted in the winter idle rice field in Dongxihu District of Wuhan City. The yield,photosynthetic characteristics,CO2 absorption,straw weight returning to the field,and their contents of N,P,and K were measured,comparing with the rape and milk vetch cultivated in the same period. The results showed that the yield and net income of pea cultivar WD-001 were higher than the others;the CO2 absorption amount of the broad bean cultivar 'YouzhiDabaipi' was the highest,reaching 941. 32 kg/667m2 during the whole growth period,the N content(129. 16 kg/667m2 ) in its returned straw was significantly higher than that of other cultivars except for milk vetch,the P content (53. 30 kg/667m2 ) was slightly lower than that of milk vetch and rape,the K content (159. 06 kg/667m2 ) was significantly higher than the other cultivars,which had a good carbon reduction effect and fertilizer potential. Therefore,planting peas and broad beans in winter idle fields has both good economic and ecological effectiveness,which is a new mode to make full use of the winter idle fields after the main crops are harvested.

    To provide a technical scheme and reference basis for land reclamation in China, the suburban reclaimed land in Dongxihu District of Wuhan City was selected in this research,and the soil improvement situation of reclaimed land for 1 year and 2 years was compared with the standard agricultural land. The man-machine combination method was used to clean up the construction waste and cement stones on the surface layer(0 - 50 cm)of reclaimed land,and the horizontal ground leveler was used to level the plot. According to the soil characteristics,sand soil or lake mud and pond mud were backfilled,and the pH of reclaimed land soil was adjusted. Planting peas to add fertilizer to the fields could increase the organic matter content of the soil and improve the soil environment and fertility. The results showed that the pH of the soil was adjusted to 7. 5 after reclamation 1 year,and pH 7. 0 after reclamation 2 years,which was close to the average pH 6. 7 of the control test land. The organic matter content of the soil was 168. 40‰ in the control test land,15. 10‰ in the reclamation 1 year and 195. 06‰ in the reclamation 2 years,the soil fertility reached the level of standardized agricultural land. The uniformity index of pea plant height in the 2 years of reclaimed land was 11. 93,which was close to 13. 75 in the test control land,which indicated that the soil environment and fertility status of the reclaimed land had been significantly improved after reclamation 2 years and the nutrient composition was highly homogenized,the reclaimed land reached the level of standardized agricultural land and can be converted into cultivated land.

    The refractive index is an important property of liquid,which is often detected by the optical interference method for transparent liquid. Most methods need to measure the movement of interference fringes,but it is difficult to judge whether it is exactly the integer order fringes movement,which will bring some errors. To solve this problem,this paper proposed a ring interference light path,which realized the interference spot with zero optical path difference and zero angle difference between clockwise and counterclockwise light paths,instead of the conventional interference fringes. The detection principle suitable for this optical path was also designed. After rotating the liquid box at a certain angle,the liquid refractive index can be calculated by measuring the movement of the interference spot. The experimental results showed that the relative error between the measured refractive index of deionized water and the standard value was small. It demonstrates that the design of the experimental optical path and principle are reasonable and reliable,which provides a new method for measuring the refractive index of the liquid.

    Compared with convective heat transfer,boiling heat transfer takes more heat away from the latent heat of gasification,which can significantly improve the heat transfer. In this paper,CFD software was used to construct the UDF function to trace the bubble interface evolution during film boiling,and the VOF model was used to simulate the bubble nucleation and single bubble evolution at the microscopic level. The results showed that bubble nucleation included the growth and extension stages. The rising bubble-induced vortex enhanced the heat and mass transfer with the surrounding media. The increase in surface tension and viscosity would extend the bubble separation time and increase the bubble diameter. This study has scientific significance for understanding the heat transfer mechanism of film boiling and is expected to guide the related engineering designs of heat transfer.

    Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of sacubitril valsartan (ARNI) in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) complicated with hypertension after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods A total of 124 patients with AMI complicated with hypertension after PCI in 24 hours from October 2020 to April 2022 in the Affiliated Hospital of Jianghan University were selected and divided into the study group and the control groups according to the random principle. 64 cases were treated with maximum tolerable dose of ARNI as the study group,while 60 cases were treated with valsartan as the control group,with a follow-up for 26 weeks. The changes in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) , left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),N- terminal pro-B- type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),mean systolic blood pressure(SBP),mean diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and mean heart rate(HR) before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. The rates of adverse cardiovascular events and drug adverse reactions were observed during follow-up. Results ① LVEDD,NT-ProBNP,the mean SBP,and the mean DBP significantly decreased, and LVEF significantly increased in both groups after the treatment (P < 0. 05 for all comparisons). ② LVEDD,NT-ProBNP,and the mean SBP were significantly lower, and LVEF was evidently higher in the study group than in the control group after the treatment(P < 0. 05 for all comparisons). ③ There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and major cardiovascular adverse events between the two groups(P > 0. 05 for all comparisons). Conclusion ARNI is superior and safe to valsartan in improving left ventricular remodeling,protecting cardiac function,and reducing SBP in patients with AMI complicated with hypertension after PCI.

    Both fat replacement and fat infiltration can lead to fatty pancreas(FP),and in recent years,research on fatty pancreas has gradually increased,but its pathogenesis and diagnostic criteria are still unclear. Fat accumulation in the pancreas can affect metabolic function and increase the risk of diabetes,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,coronary heart disease,pancreatitis,pancreatic cancer,and postoperative pancreatic fistula. The clinical manifestations of the fatty pancreas are not typical,so ultrasound,computed tomography (CT),magnetic resonance(MR),and other techniques are used to diagnose it in clinical practice. At present,endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)and quantitative CT(QCT)have also made new progress in the diagnosis of fatty pancreas. FP is mostly treated with weightreducing and lipid-lowering drugs,but its prognosis is unclear. This article reviewed the research progress on the epidemiology,related diseases,diagnosis,and treatment of FP at home and abroad,to provide new ideas for exploring the diagnosis,evaluation of disease severity,and intervention of the disease course of FP.

    Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of gallstone intestinal obstruction caused by cholecystoduodenal fistula. Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with gallstone intestinal obstruction caused by cholecystoduodenal fistula were analyzed retrospectively,and the related literature was reviewed. Results There were no complications or deaths in 2 cases,Case 1 improved after excreting stones from the body after conservative treatment, and Case 2 had no remission after conservative treatment. For Case 2, laparotomy exploration + cholecystectomy + small bowel lithotomy + cholecystoduodenal fistula repair were performed immediately, and the postoperative recovery was good.Conclusion Early intervention,timely diagnosis,individualized treatment,and continuous follow-up should be achieved to reduce the incidence and mortality of gallstone intestinal obstruction.

    Arrhythmia-induced cardiomyopathy(AIC)is a kind of cardiomyopathy caused by sustained or recurrent arrhythmias,the main clinical manifestations of which are cardiac dilatation and cardiac dysfunction, and blockade arrhythmia could result in partial or complete resolution of the left ventricular ejection fraction. Arrhythmia is hard detected in children,therefore the epidemiology of AIC may be underestimated. Arrhythmias blockade could result in partial or complete resolution of the left ventricular ejection fraction. Both drug therapy and catheter ablation are standard treatment that have been used to treat AIC. Early diagnosis and reasonable treatment are significant to improve the prognosis. This paper summarized domestic and foreign literature on the various types of AIC,systematically reviewed the epidemiology,definition,pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,diagnosis,and the latest treatment methods,and discussed the current treatment at home and abroad.

    Finding discriminative local regions corresponding to fine-grained features is the key to solve fine-grained image classification problems. Recently, fine-grained classification by weakly supervised data augmentation network(WS-DAN)has achieved excellent results,but its single cross-entropy loss(CE-Loss)makes the network focus on global discriminative regions and misses some local discriminative regions. To address this problem,this paper proposed a data augmentation network (MC-DAN) based on mutual channel loss(MC-Loss),which could force feature channels belonging to the same class to be more discriminative. Second,a counterfactual attention mechanism(CAL)was introduced to encourage the network to learn more attention information by counterfactual intervention. In addition, an attention module combining spatial attention and channel attention was proposed to better focus on object regions in images. Comprehensive experiments on three public datasets showed that the method could effectively achieve classification.

    By contraposing the disadvantages of traditional restore card management in university laboratories,this paper introduced a set of cloud desktop solutions implemented in the professional laboratory of Jianghan University,and the architecture,advantages,and disadvantages of VDI and VOI were analyzed. The solutions merged architectures of VDI and VOI to supply two kinds of clouddesktop for different experimental courses,in the condition of one set of hardware and software systems. This paper summarized some problems that emerged in practice and proposed optimization methods.

    According to the structure characteristics of the electronic cooling fan for passenger cars,a simplified structure model of the electronic cooling fan was proposed. Based on the simplified model, a parametric model was built, and the process of automatically generating physical fans from input parameters was realized through programming. Furthermore,the original fan and its simplified model fan were simulated and analyzed under the same operation conditions with the fluid dynamic analysis method,and the five index errors of the quadrupole noise,dipole noise,flow rate,power,and static pressure efficiency were all within 4%, thus proving the usability of the constructed parametric model. It provides a basis for further design optimization with iterative simulation model generation automatically.

    A torque and flux control strategy with cascaded evaluation functions' optimization for electric drive systems was presented based on model predictive control (MPC). According to the evaluation function values of the previous step,an intuitive decisionmaking logic for the sequence of evaluation function execution was adopted in an online selfadjustable manner. Compared with the traditional method of a single evaluation function,this method did not require adjustment and calculation of weighting factors. The effectiveness and overall performance of the proposed system were verified through experiments.
