Abstract: In this paper,a kind of Ni- based metal- organic frameworks (Ni- BTC MOFs) was successfully synthesized based on the reaction of Ni(NO3)2 ·6H2O and 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (BTC) by one- pot hydrothermal method. The electrochemical properties of Ni- BTC MOFs obtained under the different molar ratio of Ni∶BTC were investigated with cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge technique. Their structure and surface morphology were characterized with XRD and SEM. The experimental results showed that the discharge time was up to 784 s and the specific capacitance was 1 016. 3 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g,Ni-BTC MOFs synthesized at the Ni to BTC ratio of 1∶1,the reaction temperature of 140 ℃,while the prepared Ni-BTC MOFs was used as the supercapacitor electrode material. The specific capacitance retention rate was 62. 1% after 950 cycles at the current density of 10 A/g.
