Abstract: Through analysis of the present situation of Jiugongshan tourism，the ecological resources and other conditions of Jiugongshan Mountain，the writer combined the actual agricultural sustainable development theory with the modern tourism practice，then put forward the planning principles and countermeasures for the sustainable development of tourism, and the path of agricultural modernization for this area. This research provides references for coordinated development of resources，environment and economics of Jiugongshan scenic area during urbanization，and also provides references for coordination of scenic area urbanization and agricultural modernization for such areas.
