Each patient received at least 2 cycles of the treatment, and the efficacies and toxicities were evaluated after treatment. The long- term survivals were evaluated by following- up. Results 9 patients were performed palliative total gastrecomy and 33 patients were performed distal subgastrectomy, respectively. The patients received 3 to 11 cycles of modified DCF regime after surgery. The main adverse reactions were myelosuppression, alopecia and gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting. The median survival time was 14. 1 months. The 1-year and 3-year survival rates were 61. 1% and 20. 5%,respectively.
