Abstract: The facile and efficient synthetic route for medicine flake silver nanostructure via electrodeposit has been reported. The products are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Scanning electronic microscopy(SEM)to analyse its nanostructure. The mechanism of the formation of the medicine flake silver is discussed preliminarily. The unimolecule detection experiment shows with the ultralow concentration Rhodamine 6G(R6G),namely 10-10 mol/L,it can be detected the spectral signal, illustrates that the silver nanostructure can be used as a good substrate for surface-enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS). The reason is that the medicine flake silver nanostructure has hierarchical structure, and has excellent SERS activity.
