Abstract: Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of gallstone intestinal obstruction caused by cholecystoduodenal fistula. Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with gallstone intestinal obstruction caused by cholecystoduodenal fistula were analyzed retrospectively，and the related literature was reviewed. Results There were no complications or deaths in 2 cases，Case 1 improved after excreting stones from the body after conservative treatment， and Case 2 had no remission after conservative treatment. For Case 2， laparotomy exploration + cholecystectomy + small bowel lithotomy + cholecystoduodenal fistula repair were performed immediately， and the postoperative recovery was good.Conclusion Early intervention，timely diagnosis，individualized treatment，and continuous follow-up should be achieved to reduce the incidence and mortality of gallstone intestinal obstruction.
