Abstract: The rapid development of the cyberphysical system （CPS） promotes the rapid transformation and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry. To further improve the CPS establishment of the intelligent manufacturing production line，this paper compared and analyzed the research on the definition of the digital twin by relevant organizations and institutions at home and abroad. The digital twin of an intelligent manufacturing production line was built by TIA Portal software， whose unmanned CPS was composed of the modulations of production，manufacturing，processing，transport，and warehouse. The experiments were carried out based on the finished product warehouse，which verified the feasibility of the CPS and provided data and a practical basis for the subsequent iterative upgrading of the intelligent manufacturing production line.
