Abstract: To probe into the application effect of the ″PDA class and project-driven method″ teaching model in the teaching of Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiments，36 students from the 2015 pharmaceutical class were selected as the traditional group （control group），and 33 students from the 2016 pharmaceutical class were selected as the ″ PDA class and project driven method″ teaching group（experimental group）. The teaching effect of the experimental group was evaluated using the revised questionnaire. The test score and learning ability of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the final assessment scores and usual scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group （P < 0. 05）. After the course study， the experimental group students′ total scores of autonomous learning ability and the scores of various dimensions were higher than those before the course study（P < 0. 05）. Students′ recognition of the ″ PDA class and project-driven method″ teaching model is high. The application of ″ PDA class and project-driven method″ in the teaching of Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiments can effectively enhance the learning initiative of students and the teaching effect is good.
