Abstract: In recent years，the detection methods of plant lectin have been developed. However，the detection of plant lection is more difficult than general biochemical substances，the current methods have not yet reached the requirement of high throughput，high sensitivity and high stability. On the basis of discussion of the species and biological activity of plant lectin，this paper focuses on the analysis of plant lectin related detection methods. and prospects for the future research direction of detection methods of plant lectin.
