Abstract: Once brilliant Chinese women football has been in the doldrums for more than 10 years，the authors analysed the situation with philosophy，social science，economics and pedagogy，from the angles of football culture，personnel training，development model，safeguard mechanism and so on，pointed out that if the Chinese women football wish to go out of the dilemma，we must vigorously publicize football education values，follow women′s talent regularity of growth and develop campus women football，to break the barriers of related system.
