Abstract: Describes the background and theory of "Smart Campus"， analyses the realization characteristics of smart campus in mobile application， proposes the smart campus mobile application framework，and puts forward the realization method of smart campus mobile application framework by the analysis of the key technology of framework support and information hotspot.
