Effects of miRNA on Drug Resistance in Breast Cancer

Abstract: Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women. Recent studies of miRNA point out，miRNA plays an important role in the development of breast cancer，miRNA also has a role in breast cancer drug resistance. According to statistics，about 70% of breast cancer patients appear chemotherapyresistant during treatment. In this paper，the mechanism of drug resistance of breast cancer and effects of miRNA on drug resistance are reviewed.
