151 份小麦品种(系)中主要品质基因的分子检测

摘要: 明确江苏瑞华农业科技有限公司 151 份小麦品种(系)中品质基因的分布情况,利用分子 标记技术对小麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性和 1B/1R 异位系进行检测。 结 果 表 明 :高 分 子 量 谷 蛋 白 亚 基(HMW-GS)基 因 频 率 Ax2 为 1. 32%,Dx5 为 17. 22%,By8 为 70. 20%,Bx7 为 89. 40%,Ax2 + Dx5、Ax2 + By8 和 Ax2 + Bx7 均 为 0. 66%,Dx5 + By8 为 7. 28%,Dx5 + Bx7 为 14. 57%,By8 + Bx7 为 62. 25%;多 酚 氧 化 酶(PPO)活 性 相 关 基 因 频 率 Ppo-A1b 为 45. 70%,Ppo-D1a 为 25. 83%,双低 PPO 活性等位基因 Ppo-A1b + Ppo-D1a 为 优异等位基因,频率为 8. 60%;1B/1R 异位系的分布频率为 86. 75%;同时携带低 PPO 活性等位 变异组合,且为非 1B/1R 异位系的材料只有 2 份,频率为 1. 32%;同时携带谷蛋白亚基 Bx7 和低 PPO 活性等位变异组合,且为非 1B/1R 异位系的材料只有 1 份,可作为小麦育种材料。

Abstract: To clarify the distribution of quality genes in 151 wheat varieties (lines) of Jiangsu Ruihua Agricultural Science and Technology Co. ,Ltd. ,molecular markers were used to detect high molecular weight glutenin subunit(HMW-GS),PPO activity,and 1B/1R ectopic lines. The results showed that the gene frequencies of HMW-GS Ax2, Dx5,By8,and Bx7 were 1. 32%,17. 22%,70. 20% and 89. 40%,respectively. The gene frequencies of Ax2 + Dx5,Ax2 + By8,and Ax2 + Bx7 were all 0. 66%,and the gene frequencies of Dx5 + By8,Dx5 + Bx7,and By8 + Bx7 were 7. 28%,14. 57% and 62. 25%,respectively. The frequency of polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activity-related genes Ppo-A1b and Ppo-D1a was 45. 70% and 25. 83%,double low PPO activity allele PpoA1b + Ppo-D1a was an excellent allele,with a frequency of 8. 60%. The distribution frequency of 1B/1R was 86. 75%. Only 2 materials were carrying low PPO activity allelic variation combinations and non-1B/1R ectopic lines at the same time,with a frequency of 1. 32%. Only one material was carrying an allelic variation combination of glutenin subunit Bx7 and low PPO activity at the same time,which was a non-1B/1R ectopic line,and it could be used as wheat breeding material.
