摘要: 综述了近些年来提高ZnO光催化活性的研究方向,即过渡金属离子掺杂ZnO的制备,贵金属复合ZnO的制备和半导体复合ZnO 的制备及光催化活性的研究,为拓宽ZnO 的光响应范围,加速光生电子空穴对的分离以及提高光生空穴对的分离时间等提供了技术资料,并展望了ZnO基光催化剂的发展趋势。

关键词: 氧化锌, 光催化, 掺杂, 复合, 异质结

Abstract: The research direction of improving photocatalytic activity of ZnO in recent years was reviewed to provide supports for broadening the range of ZnO photo-response,accelerating the separation of photogenerated electron hole pairs and improving the separation time of photogenerated hole pairs,including transition metal ions doping,noble metal compositing and preparation of compound ZnO with semiconductor,the photocatalytic activities of the catalysts were introduced. The development trend of ZnO based photocatalysts was also prospected.
