From the standard of practice, to the standard of productivity and to the standard of “three benefits”, Deng Xiaoping gradually established the guiding function of the materialism in constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics.To construct socialist harmonious society is the concrete application of materialism in the contemporary China.This paper elaborates the current significance of materialism in the construction of the socialist harmonious society from four angles:1.to cling to the value conception of people first;2.to develop productivity so as continuously to meet people’s material cultural and living demands;3.to correctly handle the relationships between man and nature;4.to stick to historical developing dialectics.

After its independence, Brazil developed the relationship with the neighbor countries prior to the other diplomatic policies. While Lula Government continued the policy after he came to power in 2003, he has also established regional strategy of “strengthening strategic relationship with Argentina”, “strengthening the construction of Southern Common Markets” and “promoting the integration of South American Regions”. The strategy includes: solidifying the cooperation with the South American countries, fortifying the construction of the Southern Common Markets, widening the integration of South American regions, realizing the free trade in Andean Community, promoting the Brazilian investigation to the South American countries, etc.

Paying special attention to the ideological and political work is a fine tradition of our Party. Even at the beginning of the 1920s, by the basic principle of Marxism, through the media of Laboring Field, and from the idea of carrying out ideological and political work by considering the characteristics of Chinese working class, the Chinese communists made great efforts to achieve the integration of the cultural recognition level of the working class, the production and life reality of the working class and realistic struggle of the working class with the ideological and political work, which made the class consciousness and the organizing notion of the working class reach a climax in the struggle, conformed completely the basic principle of the integration of theory and practice in ideological and political work, and the integration of solving ideological problems with the solving realistic problems and achieved good effect. Even in the new century and the new situation, “Three integrations” is of great value in strengthening and improving ideological and political work.

Manufacturing gradient, manufacturing tiers and comparative advantage are interrelated, interactive and interplayed. The implement of gradient shift of “margin manufacture” and the shift of the manufacturing regions by the manufacturing shift-out country (or region) and that of the “import substitute” by the manufacturing shift-in country (region) will lead to manufacturing dynamic variation in the aspect of comparative advantage between manufacturing shift-out and shift-in countries (regions), so to promote respective adjustment and updating of the manufacturing structure. Thus, only by accelerating the adjustment and updating of the manufacturing structure, can China avoid trapping in “low-end manufacture” and “fixed cost” and break through the trap of “enclave economy” effectively.

In the socialist country, it is inevitable demand of sharing the profit from the national enterprises by all the nation because of the ownership system, which is also the demand of social individual ownership system. The sharing of the profit at the present stage in our country narrows the gap in distribution, improve income distribution system, increase the financial income of the residents, fortify the foundation of social stability, expand consuming demand of the urban and countryside residents, change the economic developing mode, prevent the enterprises from haphazard investment, restrain the expansion of the market bubble, promote the raising of the enterprises’ efficiency, and set up the fine image of the enterprises. The key to put forward the sharing profit from the national enterprises by all the nation is to get rid of the obstacles as stereotyped ideological concept, the expansion of the vested interests and the government functions.

There is a very strong agreement between countryside credit cooperative and the construction of new countryside. The agreement either faces the good developing advantage, or is with the significant realistic value in the period of the construction of the new countryside. But many problems occur to the countryside credit cooperative as about the ownership, about management mechanism, about service standard, about enterprising culture, outside environment, which make the value of the cooperative to the construction of the new countryside poorly exhibited. For this reason, the credit cooperative must be profoundly reformed, and the developing tactic must be improved so as to promote the construction of new countryside well.

Critic spirit is the independent skeptical spirit of being not only authority, being not only classicalism and being not only others. To train postgraduates’ critic spirit is the intrinsic need of constructing innovation-type country, the support of elevating the postgraduates’ overall quality, and their ability in coping with challenge and at the same time an inevitable choice of creating world’s first-class universities. To train postgraduates’ critic spirit can start from aspects as the reform of the state education administration system, the construction of the academic critic atmosphere, the construction of advisor team, the study of theoretic and academic knowledge, the academic thinking training and the development of research study so as to establish a systematic training system.

The incident issued by the media that a domestic famous university terminated the employment contract with a professor sick into death led to the hot discussion by the public. The incident exposes the issue that after the reform of the university personnel system, the management of part-time teachers needs to be perfected. The contract signed by university and part-time teacher is part of the labor contract. The management of the part-time teacher should be standardized under the guidance of Law of Labor Contract and relative labor law and regulation. Only in this way, can the autonomous personnel placement be promoted, and at the same time maintain the legal right of the university and the teacher.

The central issue of cultural anthropology revealed recently by Iser, i.e. the issue about the need of art and the function of art, is eminent with the unprecedented importance and theoretic position. It revels that we should recognize the artistic function from the basic issue of human needs of the art. It proves anthropological connotation and reconsidering the significance of Marxist art science of the Marxist philosophy. By comparing the two, if we check the result of the combination of Marxist art science and anthropological theoretic system, we can explain anthropology by using Marxist art science and exhibit the profound significance of anthropology.
