Using the commercial banks listed in China during the 2007- 2016 period as samples，the paper empirically tested the impact of bank senior officials’political appeals on the risk of the banks’stock price collapse and examined the intermediate effects of these banks’social responsibilities. The study finds that the risk is higher with banks featuring officials having political connections than those without，but on the contrary，the risk is lower with banks featuring officials’political promotion than banks that do not have such features. The social responsibilities of banks have obvious inhibitory effect on the risk. With this effect，the positive impact of senior officials’political connections on the future risk is considerably lowered while the negative impact of the officials’political promotion on the risk is noticeably increased.

The development of science has enabled people to truly understand the objective world. In previous studies，researchers from the perspective of scientific philosophy tried to answer“what is science”，interpret the nature of science，and clarify the basic features of science. In a particular society，science is a reliable system for human beings to learn about the objective world，a process in which they gain experiences and form conclusions through reliable thinking，attitude，means and methods. Science comes from philosophy but it is not philosophy itself；at the levels of ontology，epistemology，and methodology，the two are inseparable but are very different. Views on the essence of science evolve along with the development of science. Based on these research findings and the contemporary points of view，clarifying the literal meaning of science，restudying the history of science and the evolutional process of views on the nature of science，and learning about the characteristics of science from real life will help to more fully understand science and grasp its connotation.

During the past decades of urbanization，there has been a continuing increase of mobility of our society. As a result，the left- behind children，many of whom are now becoming emerging adults，has become a group of the population that cannot be ignored. Left-behind children’s risk-taking tendency and actions may result in serious consequence in various aspects of individual or collective life，including sense of security and security behavior，healthy behavior and habit，sexual behavior，financial management，and social relationships. Focusing on the topic of risk- taking tendency and from the perspective of uncertainty cognition，this paper sought to summarize the existing research findings using the framework of the cognitive schema of uncertainty. The cognitive schema of uncertainty is a basic cognitive structure concerning the predictability of other people and the surrounding world，which is forming in the process of growing up in an uncertain family or community. The cognition of predictability of attachment figures （parents or companions） and events they experienced mediates an array of sequences， including heightened impulsivity，lower ability of delayed gratification，increased aggression and harmful behaviors，and emotional problems.

The validity of surrogate pregnancy agreement，in China’s academic and judicial circles，has aroused great controversy. In essence，the surrogacy agreement is one of the categories of legal action，so the validity theory of legal actions can be applied to the cognizance of its validity. Traditionally，however，surrogacy agreement is regarded as invalid because it violates administrative rules or the principle of public order and good social customs. This view seems to be consistent with the theory，but in essence it is inconsistent with the spirit of legislation and the social reality. In fact，the surrogacy agreement not only conforms to legal action’s essentials of legitimacy，but also does not violate the connotation of the principles of public order. If the validity of the surrogacy agreement is denied，then this will bring unpredictable risks to the parties of the agreement. Therefore，in the future judicial application and possible legislative amendments，the validity of the surrogacy agreement must be clearly recognized.

Chinese movies as media ought to take up the task of practicing and disseminating the core values of Chinese socialism and expressing and conveying the“spirit of China”；the Chinese new mainstream blockbusters can surely do the best job and can be most easily accepted by audiences. They interpret the“spirit of China”mainly in two aspects：the national spirit through movies depicting major events in the revolutionary history；the spirit of the times through military action movies. The strategy of ubiquitous emotion，movie industry’s esthetic signifying mechanisms，and the“fresh meat”（teenage actors/actress）esthetics are the major contributors to these movies’effective interpretation of the“spirit of China”，a good example of integrating movie appreciation and accepting and disseminating the spirit.

In seven texts of Zhuang Zi，the category of“body”，in Zhuang Zi’s philosophy，implicates the integration of structure and process. The“fission”of the“body”enables the“form”and“mind”to become two important definitions of the“body”.Zhuang Zi encourages one both to maintain the“form”so as to be among others and to leave the“form”so that the mind may traverse the realm of Tao. Thus，there is an irreconcilable tension between the“form”and the“mind”. He logically confirms the natural existence of“form”but advocates that one should neglect form’s physical dimensions，forget all knowledge，and get rid of all distracting thoughts and contemplate，to realize a higher level of the mind’s detachment and the real spiritual value of life. The logical starting point and the value orientation of Zhuang Zi’s view about the body are presented in the contest of strength between the“form”and the“mind”.
