In the study of literary history there has always been the embarrassment that the explanatory system of the sequence and the definition of the “history” in turn destroys the elements of “liveliness” originally in the works. To guard against it, “primordial” theory has to be applied to trace back to the historical situation of the works in the hope of lightening the bound loss of the literaturedness. The study made by New Collection of Anecdotes of Famous Personeges of the literature of the Wei and the Jin Dynasties provides the very and scarce “primordial” visual angle.

Modern Chinese scripts of “heartful wishes”, “cordial greetings”, etc. express fully the “harmonious” cognitive psychology of the Han nation. In addition to its “courteous” feature, modern Chinese script of heartful wishes has its own linguistic characteristics. As far as pragmatic cognitive value is concerned, it has its particular context, interpersonal, time and style values.

The research of these variants has a special academic value in the history study of the Chinese and linguistics.In this paper,we will take SHISHUOXINYU and JINSHU as an example,to point out Han Yu Da Ci Dian has four problems: the problem of lost vocabulary entry; earlier citations being late; citations being unsuccession; the problem of lost interpretation.
