The “colloquializing” exploration in poetry since “post avant-grade” is worrisome. For it does not proceed to what is increasingly mature and graceful but goes from bad to worse. From the perspective of the nature of poetic language, the malpractices by the “after the year 70” poetic groups and the web poetic groups can clearly be discerned.

In the development of contemporary Chinese poetry, the problem of language has not been well solved all along. From 1949 to 1978, the language of poetry was normalized estranging force and thus its poetic and aesthetic features vanished. In the development of poetry, obscure avant-grade poetry and the third generation poetry have experienced two meaningful linguistics turns. The had thrown light on the contemporary Chinese poetry.
