A Study of the Negative Effects of Social Capital in Mobility of Rural Laborers

Abstract: This paper analyzes three kinds of negative effects of social capital in mobility of rural laborers. The first is upward job mobility blocked by the high alikeness of socia network; the second is present occupation repelled by the jealous mentation of some members in the same social network; the third is rural fluid wommen forced to sell their own bodies under the threat of their relatives、friends and fellow-villagers.
