This paper analyzes three kinds of negative effects of social capital in mobility of rural laborers. The first is upward job mobility blocked by the high alikeness of socia network; the second is present occupation repelled by the jealous mentation of some members in the same social network; the third is rural fluid wommen forced to sell their own bodies under the threat of their relatives、friends and fellow-villagers.

As agencies of the district governments under the juriscliction of the municipalgovernment and of the municipal government with no district government established, subdistrict offices play an irreplaceable role in the city management system. With the accelerative development of the cities, the subdistrict offices areundertaking more and more government functions.But their position as agencies can no longer meet the needs of the city development. They should be built into one tier of government so as to effect the city management mode of 3-tiered government and 3-tiered management.

This thesis discusses the mode of constitutional government in the programme passed at the First National Congress of Democratic League in October 1945 by the middle elements. This “China characteristic” mode is that while the middle elements absorb the political democracy of the western constitutional government, they simultaneously pour into the content of economic democracy. Applying the method of comparative study, the author systematically compares this “Chinacharacteristic” mode with that of the western representative government system and Dr. SunYat-sen’s People’s Livelihood Principle. The author points out this mode is the sumtotal of the western political democracy and Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s People’s Livelihood Principle.

In ad language when there is no personal pronoun designating the latent part, itis the case of labelless courteous person indication, for courtesy is the baseof the formation of ad imagery. The courtesy degrees on the latent part are positive, comparative and superlative. The courteous labels “you” and “you in its respectful form in Chinese character” have their deep plural cognitive value.From beginning to end the start, operation and advance of the courteous personal designation labels are in dynamic regulation and control by the cognitive value on the advertising part.

Opinions are widely divided in academic circles as to the explication of the Chinese myth of the moon and the investigation into the toad rabbit in the moon. But most of them remain at the phonetic level,each holding an opinion. If the interchangeable theory of the shift of toad to rabbit is expounded and proved in thelight of multiple branches of learning, doubt will be raised about its rationality. In modern society, owing to technology globalization, design is inevitably international. The competition of national design culture in globalization is mainly the competition in technology. Therefore,Chinese design should maintain an acute national consciousness and that of intense global competition as well.
